    Here's a better idea:

after being slugged for some time, survivor can instantly pick themselves up, but they lose a hook stage.

it's completely up to them to use that ability or not so killers cant really exploit it and it can become really useful in situations where killers are ignoring hooks too much.

maybe limit it to only one use per match and only if you werent hooked once, so that it cant be exploited in mid/late game where slugging is a fair game.

    Yeah that is better.

If you really think that, you have a sad life. Do you really think that this holds any value in someones life? To make the life of Killer players miserable?

Yes actually, you'd be surprised how toxic people can be.

  • The two license holders are working together now and there's two games in the work. One is single player and the other will be multiplayer.

They also want him to appear in other stuff so we might get Jason in Dead by Daylight.

  • It was random but you could set a preference. Both sides were fun though and it helped with que times, without it everybody would only ever play as Jason.

There's been literally zero confirmation that it's asymmetrical. This is pure speculation.

There's two being made, one is multiplayer so it probably will be

Why is every killer subject to balance changes, nerfs, buffs, etc. and then they allow Nurse to live completely outside of this reality? It's like she is in her own game or something, separate from everyone else.

She is absolutely ridiculously overpowered, there is NOTHING you can do to counter her, and nobody seems to care. Nobody asks for nerfs. The devs don't bother. It's like a criminal who everyone knows is robbing people but the police turn a blind eye.

    WHY?!

I got a theory that it's because of how weak most killers really are, so they keep her like that as a sort of fail safe, rather than, you know, putting the work in and buffing other killers.

  • @danielmaster87 said:

There's no way. He's one of the weakest. How can you never beat him? Are you just letting him body block you every time, and you're not reacting?

This is where we are. People think Wraith, Doctor, Freddy, Pig, Ghost Face, are just OP.

I'm positive that survivors are just getting dumber, especially with flashlights.

I swear even the worst of players can get a 4k with wraith I mean his add-ons are busted AF his base kit power is so insane. I mean I have played against every killer and I've escaped at least once ( not including peace games with the killers) but wraith NEVER

Is this an out of season April Fools joke?

Except that SWF does not mean sweaty SWF. Most people in an SWF are just playing to have fun, they dont play in an SWF to win every game. And there is 0 distinction between them when it is shown who is in an SWF or not.

Yet SWF is the ultimate Scapegoat for bad Killer players - they dont lose games due to their mistakes, they lose games because their opponent was in an SWF.

There should be less information. Gameplay-wise there is 0 point in keeping that much information, and even less of a point to give more information to the Killer, since all information is just used to dodge the Lobby.

Maybe the survivors shouldn't make it their life's work to make the killers' lives Hell.

Such a strange argument to say survivors using windows are "not good at the game." I mean what does that even mean. If they escape they are by definition good at the game whether they had windows or not. Do you also think that killers that win by using noed or the new predator are "not good at the game" because those are perks that actually reward you for being bad at the game. All widows does is show you what resources you have, you still have to actually know how to take advantage of them. And considering how overpowered killer is right now survivors need all the help they can get. A lot of perks like windows and kindred should really just be made basekit.

I main killer and have litteraly watched Windows melt survivors' brains. All they know is to hold w at loops.

  • I like these except for beast of prey, which is still bad. If you have bloodlust then you're just going to hit the survivor instead.

I'd change it so it removes bloodlust entirely, but still provides that buff, which would make it syngergize very well with Brutal Strength

It absolutely does not suck. You're probably just not using it right.

There is only one way to use it and it's countered by survivors just not doing random totems

  • @ReverseVelocity said:

    Alright, I'll bite. I've got a few

Windows of Opportunity - Not objectively overpowered by any means, but I think it needs a nerf. The amount of people who are very clearly not good at the game and use this with Lithe to just hold W from pallet to pallet to window is annoying to see. It's braindead gameplay and the perk will play the game for you if you let it. Not conducive towards players actually learning the game properly, the definition of a crutch that could do with becoming a bit less appealing.

Sprint Burst - Allows you to play far too safe. Massive snoozefest, especially against killers with a lack of catchup. Makes me roll my eyes every time I see someone run into the sunset from a gen for the seventh time this game.

And to be fair… I'll throw in some killer ones too.

Hex: Pentimento - Genuinely one of the most obnoxious perks in the game as it stands, and super problematic for various reasons. That much global slowdown is a nightmare, especially against soloq if you're not paying attention to where hexes are cleansed. This perk does not stop being a powerhouse against SWF, though. Playing around a 3 gen or a hook with Pentimento up is EXTREMELY strong.

Spirit Fury - More specifically the synergy with Enduring. Extremely cheap combo that results in free hits just by playing the game. By itself it's fine.

Franklin's Demise - GRAHHHHHHHHH GIVE ME MY FLASHLIGHT BACK!!! Genuinely though I think instead of draining charges, it should consume items again now that it no longer works with Limited Items. There's currently basically no chance of getting your item back with any useable amount of charges, and if the items flat out disappeared after a long period of time (i think it was like 90 seconds, could go to 120 maybe?), it'd nerf Franklin's/Weave since it wouldn't be indefinite.

More importantly however, I think there are FAR more perks that need buffs at the moment, and more urgently than a lot of perks need a nerf. Like most of these perks aren't completely destroying the games they're in, they just have issues one way or another. Except Pentimento, screw Pentimento.

    Seriously? Pentimento? That perk sucks.

  • This honestly sounds like the kind of idea that sounds good on paper, but when put into practice (especially by Behavior) it goes horribly wrong

  • I've been having connection issues as killer. I thought it was because of my internet provider but other people have been having issues too

  • @Feneroe said:

It won't be 0%. Even Freddy manages to get kills because of bad players.

A good example of why balance changes shouldn't happen because of crybabies and quitters. Nothing will satisfy people like this.

Yeah, before she was at best an a tier killer, bur mostly B tier. Survivors just sucked and couldn't be bothered to understand how she worked.

  • @drsoontm said:

Hag is the weakest, most bulliable, most broken, most miserable killer in the game.

She's only good against utter beginners. No decent survivor will do anything else than bully her and make her powerless. (Unless the Hag is Michi but even him doesn't seem to play her as much.)

If anything she needs to be fixed, improved, and buffed.

You forget about SM and Freddy

  • His bat form is very important for him, he needs it to get around the map. A really long cooldown would just make him feel like garbage to play.

  • @Iron_Cutlass said:

I believe that Dracula is stronger than they give them credit for.

The Bat is an amazing cut-off tool and heavily reduces the amount of distance from a hit, you basically have a built in Save The Best For Last into your power… that being said, it can also be unfun to play against since the difference in distance really shuts down a lot you can do depending on map layout or resources (and lack there of resources)… but also unfun does not necessarily equal unbalanced either so I think it is fine as it is for now.

Hellfire is… a bit too much. If Dracula ONLY had Hellfire, Id say "buff it" but Hellfire in its current state is really strong when you consider the fact that Dracula has multiple powers. The presence of holding Hellfire alone is strong enough to get hits solely from zoning pallets, and it makes bodyblock pointless and unhook extremely unsafe for you and the other Survivor… Pyramid Head does not have this issue as much since Rites of Judgement has more restricted turning compared to Hellfire.

The Wolf form is fine. Im not a fan of the Haste you gain from Scent Orbs since a lot of people just use it to mindless run around loops or stack it with Haste perks to make playing against it really miserable. Honestly nerfing the Scent Orbs and buffing the Pounce would overall make it more fun to play as/against.

A Dracula player who can utilize their entire kit can definitely put in a lot of work. The issue is that a lot of players dont want to learn the intricacies of when, where, and how to use all three powers to its fullest.

Normally I might agree on nerfing him, but this update they gutted the Skull Merchant and nerfed the Unkown. Behavior just doesn't get how to balance a game

  • @droopedindaylight said:

    Bat from = spirit lite

    Wolf form = demo lite

    Dracula = exacutioner lite

He's a 3 in one killer 2 of which A teair and demo B teair, except you can pick and choose your form to fit the situation/tile so ya he'll prob get nerfed in a couple months to boost sales when they release a op new killer .

His hellfire is only similar, it's much worse and only usable on certain tiles.

I agree with this. Playing Drac is a lot of fun but I can't help but feel bad for survivors who make a ton of distance only to immediately lose it after swapping to Bat form.

The survivor can stop running and hide, treat him like spirit there.
