You can just move on to the next game.
You shouldn't be rewarded for failing to evade the killer.
I'm talking to a brick wall.

It's not about being able to loop a killer for 5 gens. As long as you aren't going down immediately three 1 minute chases will basically guarantee the killer losses all 5 gens. And it doesn't take much to lead the killer on for a minute.
What? I'm not arguing about skill level or any of that, literally all I said was that if your tunneled early game and killed, you should be able to get some extra bloodpoints, I'm not saying you should get anything but that, you still won't pip, you won't get anything other than some extra bloodpoints.

I wouldn't.
If a survivor fails to extend out early chases for his team to get gens done when the map has all the resources available, then there's nothing wrong with him getting out early.
Tunneling only works well against weak survivors, because strong survivors will waste a killer's time.
Not everyone is a looping god able to juke the spirit for 5 gens doing back flips off pallets, I don't get why your so opposed to this, it's literally just some free bloodpoints for other people who aren't that good.

Not all the time, but sometimes Zombies should spawn with items in their hands.
- Smash a zombie with a pallet to make it drop the item.
- If Nemesis kills the zombie, the item is destroyed as well.
- Because the zombies had the items when they became, err, zombified, the items may have add-ons and may also have some of the charges used.
Decision time for survivors: do you take the time to lure a zombie to a pallet, and then waste the pallet, in hopes that he’s carrying a purple beamer?
I can't imagine this would be useful for any side, for killer your risking a chance of spawning another chest, and for survivors wasting a valuable resource such as a pallet is probably not worth it (Not to mention the killer will know where you are.)

I did, my opinion is that you shouldnt be adding extra game mechanics to compensate for bat team play. There are already other ways of dealing with tunneling you just have to play correctly
If a bubba downs you early game, hooks you, and face camps you, no amount of god tier gameplay can save you at that point. I'm not instantly giving them a higher rank, I'm just saying that if that occurs you should get a small amount of extra bloodpoints to not make the match a waste of time.

if you get tunneled early game its yours and your teams fault. you have BT and DS to prevent it along with the fact that if a killer tunnels one person with these perks or camps literally at all they completely throw the game. You already lose if you camp or tunnel we dont need more crutch perks or mechanics.
