I had to have a helpless survivor teach me that I can stomp on the gas cans so that id spare him.
I also JUST learned that like half the perks for killer dont work in the blood moon mode after like 100 matches, smfh

Last year's Blood Moon also had a fairly small cosmetic offering as well, but it is strange to me that we can get many more trinkets than are required for unlocking everything. Normally, event trinket rewards are more stringent, if not perfectly calculated so that we can only unlock everything by completing every challenge.
Maybe it's meant to be in keeping with the theme of "Lots of BP!" because we'll get a huge payout of Bloodpoints after the event ends.
This is a optimistic theory and I love it, like for every 100 blood trinkets leftover you get 100k BP or something

I dont have any, plus we might as well save those for after the event is done abd use the bloodshot eye while we can.
The thing about the bloodshot eye is it says blood moon score events, meaning that it helps you fill up the blood moon category faster? And its really hard to fill up that category. That would mean an exponential increase with the 275% BP boost at the moment.

I mean maybe your WiFi isn't bad for most things but it clearly seems like an issue here. You really should look into setting up an ethernet cable if you can. But if your living situation can't support it for whatever reason I understand.
I have a friend who plays on WiFi on The Finals (his wife won't let him run an ethernet cable through the house, very tragic state of affairs) and he has bad lag issues all the time. WiFi is just something that's best avoided with these games, for everyone's sake.
I am connected with an ethernet cable- my internet is 890mb/s download and 42mb/s upload.
it seems to happen slightly less on my xbox ported version, I have a second account/install now because of it- maybe its a file/storage problem
But yeah the DC issue is a complicated one for sure, multiple perspectives provide good points. I wonder if/hope theyll be able to come up with a solution that most people like

I dont think they will implement that, because they want to prevent the one by one disconnects, where like every 15 seconds someone disconnects until its all bots.
But if the bots were programmed to play more like real survivors, like a mix of looping with maybe a tiny error depending on the rank, then I wouldnt see a huge problem with it-
And survivors shouldnt exactly leave just because its a killer that feels too oppressive- just like how killers shouldnt leave if they get looped for 5 minutes (easier said than done though)
Ill never understand people who willingly DC. I did it a couple times, but then it started disconnecting me randomly and instead of 5 minute bans it gives me multiple hour long ones, even if i quit the game for over 24 hours
Its to the point where I cant even play without worrying about the server sh1tting out, and getting banned for 24 hours for something that isnt my fault- my wifi isnt bad

Sadly not, (unless they were already on your friends list when you blocked them) you wont be able to find them unless behavior implements a blocklist system at some point. I wouldnt worry about it too much, its one player out of thousands if not exponentially more, and you will still be able to get into matches with them, they will just be blocked from communication and they will be anonymous.

If your ping is the problem your lucky.
I keep getting randomly disconnected from the server and even if it happens once a day or if i quit for a day it'll give me hours long timeouts, it just gave me a 24 hour one out of the blue.

Well theres a few kinks to work out, starting with: Dead by Daylight *might* not want to work with their team, as they could be like competetors a tiny bit, same reason for why jason proooobably wont come to the game.
Now excluding that, that list of survivors is many, and narrowing that down might be difficult, as well as coming up with more than 3 survivor perks at once.
I think some detailed cosmetics would work better, perhaps a cosmetic that even changes the facial structure to match those characters completely.
Overall im sorry that you miss friday the 13th the game, I also played it a some and it was definitely something special, had a very unique vibe that was pretty different from dead by daylight.

Honestly 8 meters might be enough to show someone just walking past it, so it might be slightly useful, but not as much as other perks at all- but instead of the ability to kick chests you should be able to like spring trap them to inflict a status effect on survivors like blindness or exposed or something, then it would be an mid tier perk possibly at best

Dont mind the choice I picked, I think they both are very interesting and fun ideas, the skin walker would be more fun while the rat man could be more useful, at least in theory.
I think the rat man may be hard to implement and design, as well and bearing slight similarities to a number of different killers. But the skin walker is a very fun idea, imagine if we got a third person camera option for him too due to his ability? They'll never trust another survivor again, It's Brilliant!
I think to make slightly more useable not just fun, his shapeshift ablity should work like the wraiths' cloak, quick to activate, you remove the charade then get a speed boost to catch up. Its a little similar to the wraith, but in premise its quite cool.

They still got their BP and there shouldnt be a penalty for killers DC'ing, sometimes people just gotta go, and what's the point of a game you cant stop playing if your not enjoying it? Or maybe like a limit of 3 dcs per day would be fine.

I think that billy is prolly better just because you dont have to chase someone for 3 minutes and get gen rushed just to get the power which isnt really all that great

Billy isnt much of a problem, plus I spent 5 bucks on this and Billy is free, and the perks never drastically change the performance of a character, besides ruin and maybe noed

The main problem is not turning fast enough mixed with the slowness of the attack, it's pretty easy for survivors to dodge, and chasing survivors until you get his power takes too long, most matches I play I dont even get 3 kills.

Obviously console, because PC players font have a hard time with Oni.

Oni is the worst killer to ever be in DBD. I can't believe I spent $5 on that literal garbage. And I know I cant get a refund, which Is stupid I've had Oni for like 40 minutes If I could return him I would no exceptions, he needs a buff or something.
