I am being punished with penalties because other players are disconnected. penalties are no longer useful in this game that is full of bugs

The penalty system doesn't work. I am complaining because other players disconnect from the game and penalize me.
Today easy anti cheat closed the game by mistake and I was penalized 1 hour. DBD don't care about the players

It's happening to me too. several times a day in the game, due to loss of host or in the lobby.
Now I have a penalty of 1 hour. no one responsible for DBD responds, the ban is unfair when the penalty system does not work

I don't understand why they prohibit playing a game that we bought with penalties.

El sistema de penaliacion de DBD no es bueno. Si se te cae o corta el wifi tendría que tener un mínimo de tiempo de espera. Por ejemplo en otros juegos si se te corta el internet seguís en la partida hasta que vuelve tu internet. Acá te sacan no tiene sentido.
Por otra parte cuidado porque el sistema de penaliacion anda mal. A mí me penalizaron porque se desconecta otro jugador. Mande reportes y capturas a DBD y nadie se hace responsable.
Es ilegal que te prohíban jugar el juego que pagaste

The system works fine. I've been around when it's been turned off, and the game becomes unplayable.
And I've never heard of someone ELSE DCing and giving a random the DC penalty. You may want to record it and submit a bug report.
But the bottom line is that the DC penalty catches more rage-quitters than people with bad internet/PCs.
the penalty system works poorly. I have been claiming for months I sent image, video and files to DBD they never solved. it is unfair for someone else to be penalized when one plays fair. nowadays the penalties are useless having tangos bugs the game

Some don't understand why they don't want to but ... penalties are useless in the game. Unfortunately, they are penalizing me because other players disconnect or because the server goes down, which is in South America in my case ... if you disconnect in a game because there is a hacker, they penalize you. In a game like this with so many errors, the penalty system does not work.

penalties are useless when DBD servers go down. here in South America they fall and penalize. one is disconnected because there is a hacker in the game and they penalize. a game that punishes you unfairly. or if another player disconnects for any reason they also penalize for no reason ... it is a serious problem, you play fair but you are punished

Al principio mandeimágenes y video en los tickets explicando el problema de la penaliaciones. Luego me pidieron dos archivos de juego y lo mande. Nunca solucionaron nada.

penalties are useless because they are bug. in my case several months ago they have penalized me because another player disconnects. It is useless to punish a player who plays fair ... there is no point in penalties anymore when they work badly.
