I really like new animations and Diversion and Fixated Buffs
Now I use fixated + lucky break + iron will so I'm a truly ninja

I swear no mither was never meant to be an S tier perk. It was just designed by the devs for survivors who wanted to play 'hard mode' essentially.
it would be better if they realized the idea of a "hard mode" in a different way and not how it turned out with this perk. This perk is more of a joke than a hard mode
-
Actually, I like this, this idea will make no mither much better and more useful.
-
I like these improvements, they will clearly make perks more popular and useful.

Killer perks:
Mindbreaker
Cruel Limits
Overcharge
Dead man's switch
Unnerving Presence
Survivors Perks:
Babysitter
Camaraderie
Second Wind
Lucky Break
Any means neccesary
I'm a big fan of Steve and I can say that ALL his perks suck and it must be fixed

How long does it take to crawl under that hole? It looks very exploitable to me, and can the Killer grab Survivors from those holes?
If I was a developer, I would make the survivor crawl through the hole after 5 seconds (given how the survivor lays on the ground, crawls and gets up again).
For balance, it would be logical to make the Killer be able to grab the survivors while they crawl

Hm... i actually think Handyman is too weak. Just because of the requirements. They are too lenghty for something you can get out of a chest/bring with you.
When I was just thinking about the meaning of the perk I wanted to make it so that there were high chances to make rare items, but most likely I was just afraid that the perk would be considered as too op, so I overtook it with the conditions. Well, I will learn from my mistakes

I dislike Without Mercy for 1 reason only - It, maybe not forces you but encourages something that old Dying Light did too - tunnelling your obsession.
And question towards Handyman - what rarity are the items?
So sorry, I initially misunderstood you about the Handyman, I have very poor English so, I attributed the rarity in the post

Yeah, you’re right, I didn’t even think about it, I can make that you should to hook your obsession when all the generators are repaired. Btw it depends on the player
About Handyman, I was thinking about limiting the rarity of some items, but I could not come up with anything normal. Then it’s purely random, but maybe it’s worthwhile to make rarity depend on luck? in this way you can take this perk with the Up the Ante, thereby making Up the Ante at least somewhere useful xd

Mm...wglf usually doesnt require near theceffort bbq does..plus all survivors benefitting with no limits..? Seems a tad too much
Mind breaker while cool will likely never be as the devs would likely not like it
Technician will make gens even faster when used so I'm not a fan of the idea there either
Distortion would just plain be broken
Honestly, I can agree with you about wglf and distortion, I made them too strong and I'll think about how to balance it, about techican I wouldn’t say that because of these buffs the generators will be repaired faster, rather they will be repaired more quietly and I'll think about it too

Neat idea, However i would change that to "Other survivors see your aura while you're healing another survivor"
Thanks for the support! And most likely you're right

I don't think it needs those buffs, decreasing footsteps sound isn't a good idea since killers rely on that sometimes and the sound is broken in this game anyways already.
I just want the uninjured requirement to be removed, that's all. And maybe buff the increased movement speed from 20 to 25%.
Yeah, it doesn’t really need these buffs, but with them the perk would become more popular and more interesting and at least some way of resisting the spirit would appear. I also thought about the buff the speed up to 25% but came to the conclusion that this is too much. But I agree that removing the condition that you have to be uninjured is possible only it needs.
