Legion enters the chat
I'm a killer main, play survivor once in a while so I'm not accustomed to seeing all the killers. Was playing coldwind farm last night working on a gen on the edge of the cornfield.
Julie comes through the field in the rabbit costume.....instant goosebumps ๐คฃ

I mean, it's never as good as the better slow down options for your character.
Surge is always not as good. Some people will do well with it and say otherwise, but it's still just not as good.
That being said it's not terrible and used quite often for something different or in supplement of standard meta things quite effectively. You'll see Otz and such switch out for it time to time because it's a decent perk.
However the fact surge has a cooldown holds it back tremendously.
Agreed the cool down is far too long

Surge and thrilling tremors are great together

I welcome all killers! From Withered Corpse (HAG), to an Alien like Creatue (Demogorgon)

The fact that they managed to get 2 kills with 3 hooks with both suggest there was enough chases.
There are just some salty people that complain about anything in the game.
They also stayed pretty closed to whoever was hooked so there definitely a chase plus us 2 that escaped got hooked at least once aswell.
Sounds like a solid game.

But there was chases and enough, it was a small map and it was spirit, if i can get out of a chase and hide especially injured i will.
I dont want to extend my chase with them any longer then it needs to be.
Someone's having a bad day if you can't find people with Spirit. I respect good hiding abilities from Srv....but damn...
Maybe dude (killer) needs to slow down a bit, have a coke and a smile, and stop zipping all over like the spirit usually does lol.

When I play Killer I don't need 4 kills.
I just want to feel like a feared killer and not get Survivor bullied.
Absolutely. I'm more interested in a quality match/chase.
If the match is going my way I have no problems giving up the hatch or gate. I've walked people gen to gen and let them out if it ended up too one sided.
Doesn't get returned as much because I've def been beat up by Srv's but there are some out there that will which is always appreciated.
Is there any way to track kill/escape rate ?

I ended up dodging lobbies that look like they were red rank until I got better, maybe thatd help you
The matchmaking has gotten better though. Not perfect but a LOT better than what it was.

Ran shape on rotten fields. They started off well got 2 quick gens. Then the blood started flying. Hooked 3 of 4 to death hook. Seemed like I ran the whole map in tier 3 without the add on. leaving the good ole obsession (save the best) and kept picking him up and dropping him. Once he was able to come to he faced me, I turned since we were by the door. He followed. Couldn't open the door yet and neither of us knew where the hatch was since it wasnt in the middle. Not talking ######### but It was a dominated match.
I literally acted as if I was working the gen (last gen) and seen him to the door. Respectfully before he beat feat he turned and there were no tea bags. More like a legit bow. I did the same gave a couple spins. Finished the match with a big ole kool aid smile.
Fix cross platform chat damnit :)

First of all I don't think having moris over all is a bad thing, but the ebony mori is really too powerful. Having the ability to kill every survivor right off of the first hook is just too powerful. It make matches boring and stale, and I have come with a solution. Instead of being able to kill all four survivors after their first hook; killers should only be able to kill two survivors off of first hook. If not that isn't good enough you could have the ebony mori kill all the survivors when their on dead hook. Keep in mind that the last solution kind of comes into conflict with Pyramid Head's power so it's viability on Pyramid Head wouldn't be the same as other killers, but when you're using a mori I don't think you're thinking of its viability. This is just my thoughts, I'd like to see what you think.
I primarily play killer. I support this

Just had a match where we were destroyed by an Oni and I was in the last two survivors, and he figured out the other guy was literally just hiding all game not helping anyone, so he downed me and got me back on my feet by dropping me repeatedly.
So the hunt began, I saw his aura earlier and went looking for him in that area. We were looking for a couple of minutes and it started to look grim, so I gestured him towards the hatch and showed a hook so he can kill me and close the hatch on this scumbag, but he gestured a no and we kept on looking.
We eventually found him and he smashed his ass to the ground and farmed him on hook, and let me have the hatch.
The best killer I have ever faced, gameplay wise as well.
Love u bro.
That made me genuinely smile. Good stuff

20 mins ago doing a daily with the trapper that I'm absolutely terrible with (lol) I was getting beat up on back water pretty bad. 3 of the 4 were just playing with me.
They cleared the gens and waited for me at the door, let me take a couple hits on them. I backed up to let them heal up. Had a trap down close by the door and with less than a quarter of the timer left this dude runs into it intentionally gets taken up by the entity and his buddy standing next to him just spinning around got taken too. I really couldn't believe it.
Finished the daily and made some points from it. People like that make me smile and see why I've been playing the game a lot in my first month and a half.
Wish they had cross platform communication so I could've at least thanked them. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Had a match like that last night as Doc, one survivor could run tiles like a beast.
In the end I just had to leave them and focus on the others for a bit till I could catch them out of position.
It ended in a 4k just charging around the jungle gym the last hook was in. They were unable to get the save but at the same time I just couldn't quite catch them. I think they knew it was over but really made me work for it.
Perhaps I should have given the hatch but it was such a monumental task to catch them that once I finally did I just had to hang em on a hook, my ultimate trophy for that game.
There was no hard feelings and mad props all round in the endgame chat. The way this game should be.
Yeah I def understand being in the moment. It's like YEAAAAAH. then you think about it later, and it's like maybe a missed solid moment. I have had those moments quite a bit lately as I'm progressing through. Just even getting that one feels like a victory.

Indoor maps are definitely harder, but it all just practice. If you keep playing the indoor maps, you'll get better at them and in the long run it'll be easier.
I know "x y z killer power is useless on indoor map, game broken! Blah". It's just harder and bad luck, just use it as practice to get better with that power then when you are on a decent map you'll be like a GODDAMN GOD
I hated Hawkins as a killer for a while. Got put there so much feels like it's my map now sometimes. Of course you won't win them all but learning by getting effed up is how I had to learn.

* this is something posted just 40 mins ago on my own thread*
I'm not an incredibly experienced player, play mostly as killer for enjoyment. Play on ps4
Love a great chase though generally speaking have had good and bad matches. Nothing but respect for the experienced survivors/killers
Will say, I just experienced a new level of skill with a particular player that whooped my ass like no other and he knew he had me whooped but we played it out. It was like I couldn't stop chasing (I try not to tunnel), I'd get the others but not him. he ran great interference and knew his stuff, in the end after we all made the pts we could he gave himself up, went straight to the basement, I was flabbergasted, while the others ran to the door. Kudos man.
Ya know when you're beat.
#bluebird on pc, and others like that, respect to you, had a blast. This game can be so much fun.

I'm not the most experienced at this but learned watching someone play both sides.
Sometimes, from my pov you no matter what you do you seem to only find (respectfully) that guy). I've tried to hook someone and then opposite side of the map or just get off the hook site. Find someone, then he runs me to the hooked survivor. Literally taking them off as I'm right there.
Not saying this is you or others but its like....well what am I supposed to do? I've left many people fresh off the hook lying there hopefully someone gets y'all up but I'm not gonna pass it up.
Sucks to get set up. At the same time....how can I not take what's been given. Bad teammates ?
