If SWF isn't OP, you guys wouldn't be so scared to balance the game around SWF lol
-
I don't think they even tried him on PC..

Yes you say this as every patch survivors have been nerfed lol.
No, it's killers who get nerfed.

Blight is a really fun character to go against, just not when literally every single Blight player uses the same build (ruin, undying, tinkerer, bbq). I wouldn't DC against an adept Blight but the same exact Blight over and over that's also using the green add-on for aura revealing, then yeah. I am just gonna kms on hook. I'm. Bored.
Now imagine getting four survivors with DS, Borrowed Time, Unbreakable, and Adrenaline, every single match over and over.

I've got over 4k hours in this game, been playing since 2016, and I've seen maybe 5 hackers. If that.
"Huge Problem"
That's still 5 hackers too many.
-
Maybe, the game has had a huge problem with hackers lately and the devs are just ignoring it.

I wouldnt mind console players disabling cross play. It feels like every single console killer I run into tunnels people to death.
In my experience, they always facecamp. Meanwhile console survivors urban evade all game and seem allergic to gens. Cross-play has been such a disaster.
-
Streamers are bullies and I feel the devs actively enable and even encourage toxic behavior by spotlighting it on social media. But it's okay for streamers to break the rules because they generate extra income.

All he needs is a FOV change, if they gave him a better flick, he would be a bit too unfair.
Sounds fair to me. Maybe survivors should just "get better" :^)

None of those streamers said Ruin was OP, I remember specifically Otz, Tru3, Scott and Tofu saying that totem placements need to be better cause ruin gets cleansed almost immediately and that still happens today because I loaded into a game and found a hex totem spawn beside me as survivor.
Yeah totem spawns are broken as hell. As a survivor I spawn next to them, and as a killer I can't reach them before being broken. Again, this is one of the problems ruining killer but the devs refuse to touch it because they're too biased.
-
I thought the same. It's a small and simple change but it would go a long way. I think hitting in lethal rush should also break pallets to be honest.

Lol, OhTofu is literally one of the top rated killers out of all the public Steam profiles. 7k+ hours, consistently rank 1 killer and survivor, 824 million bloodpoints earned.
Being a streamer doesn't make someone good. If anything, streamers are the most whiny and self-entitled babies. Always DC'ing and demanding nerfs to killers. These are the people who thought Ruin was OP and cried until it got nerfed for crying out loud.
-
Devs are survivor mains and simply want the game to be as easy for them as possible. They don't care about making it fair, fun, or balanced, it's all about making survivor easy.

Tell that to this blight main, who can use his power to deny most loops, and use his mobility to b-line to a BBQ aura, because it is the best mobility in the game when used correctly.
They need to at least fix his power so he actually bounces when slamming walls, instead of sliding off of them.

So you think Scott Jund, Tru3talent, OhTofu and Otz are "survivor mains?"
Well they're certainly not "top tier" killer mains at least. Streamers are trash.

10 to 1 it was because hackers were giving people DC penalties again. We can't have nice things.
The devs need to start banning hackers. It shouldn't be allowed but they keep ignoring this serious ongoing problem that's ruining the game.

Sorry bud - you're incorrect. Most top tier killer mains agree he's actually a good killer. Not top tier by any means, but he has a high skill ceiling. A skill ceiling you're obviously a mile away from.
lol the only people who like him are survivor mains, for obvious reasons.

You're either bad at using his power, or are facing killers who haven't learned how to use his power correctly yet. Blight is actually pretty good.
No, his power is weak and extremely limited. It only works half the time, instead of slamming against walls he just slides off of them. He's also the easiest killer to deal with when I play survivor. It's an absolute joke.
-
Nah he's trash and basically exists for the purpose of giving survivors an easy win.

Mods and Devs can ban people from making certain discussions. Since the forums are bugged currently it doesn't seem too far fetched that its glitched and applies to others.
Why can they do literally nothing right?
-
How are you guys able to make threads on this specific forum? It won't let me.
-
Self-care is a bad perk and you're selfish for using it. You're ruining the match for your team by running it.
-
DS needs to be removed anyway.
-
The only "bug" I see is that DS still hasn't been removed completely.

That's not at all what I said. Hackers get caught and banned eventually, if not immediately. They certainly don't make the game unplayable, outside of the extremely rare matches where you go against them. I've only gone against two hackers in the past year (two survivors were both speedhacking in the same match. I know this because they were running faster than me even at bloodlust 3).
What kind of hacker have you been seing? You still haven't answered that question.
Noclip, speedhacks, people who can't be picked up, people who insta-heal, one guy made gens finish the instant he toucxhed them (No not BNP, this was recently) and one even instantly made us all "escape" in the middle of the match. Stop defending hacking, it makes you look suspicious.

You couldn't have added this to the 89389438493849348902948321094832493423184923482349023 other spirit threads?
If there's so many threads about this topic, maybe that means the devs should take a look into at least one of them?

I've been seeing posts like this a lot, so here's my canned answer:
In 2k hours of playing on PC I've seen at most 5 or 6 hackers. They exist, but they're extremely rare.
You haven't provided any context for the 'hacks' you've been seeing. Are you sure they're even real? Or are you reporting your opponents because they played well?
So you admit they exist but you don't want anything done about it? Hmm why?

Spirit has no counter.
