FYI, it almost certainly won't be available as a generic perk next month. It took a few months after Pinhead left for his perks to hit the general store.

hitting great skill checks on console takes an act of congress

There are definitely some add-ons that are very strong and might be a bit much against survivors with random perks. I can see an argument for not allowing those. There's also an argument to exclude add-ons that directly nerf a killer.
But some of the excluded add-ons are weird, like Oily Coil on Trapper. It's not overly strong, but it's not the worst add-on (Padded Jaws) so it doesn't make sense to be excluded, unless I'm missing something.
Meanwhile Ghoul can still get centipede and mask, which are basically 2 free perks. -

He's oppressive against the survivors that dont use the clocks correctly, ie noobs
Every killer is oppressive against survivors that don't use appropriate counter play.

I've played a few as survivor, escape rate was probably better, but it wasn't crazy. This post as some warning to killer mains is weird.

No I joined after Exhaustion recover when running.
Everytime I hear of Vigil, I think about Exhaustion recovering. So I thought Hindered recover Exhaustion because it makes your speed slower than running. Since they mentioned about Vigil counter Clown. I didnt think about Vigil makes recover from Hindered faster.
Vigil reduces recovery time for Blindness, Broken, Exhausted, Exposed, Haemorrhage, Hindered, Mangled, and Oblivious

I also had this happen yesterday

Same, on Series S and things are blurry. I recorded this clip (for the goofy rubber banding and networking issue) but posting it here because you can see how things just aren't crisp (look at the heartbeat, has that vaseline smear you mention)

Agree. Adding more clicks to get to frequently used options is bad UI design.
