Plus, it doesn't even do its one original job that well. If a killer is facecamping, a little BT isn't going to save anybody most of the time. So it kind of just let's people play like wankers because other people play like wankers and created the initial demand for the perk.
Agreed survivors are just overly altruistic with this perk and it can be especially frustrating playing solo because of it. Being farmed sucks since their often selfish so they’ll wait till the killer breaks line of sight with the hook, farm you, then immediately go to hide, leaving you to deal with the mess. A way for the player to stop a hook rescue would be nice.
A face camping killer isn’t impossible tho, exceptions would be leatherface and hillbilly since they have instadown abilities. But swf can deal with face campers and even some solos (although that’s harder to pull off). Spine chill/resilience and dh will help you pull of a successful save, forcing your teammate to take a hit. It honestly seems like he’s just tired of toxic swfs (which I can understand) but you don’t need a swf to deal with face camping/hard tunnelling killers. It mostly just requires brain cells and abandoning altruism. A survivor is on a hook for 2 minutes if the other 3 do gens that equals 3 whole gens (not counting the time the 1st survivor was in chase for).
So the killer could potentially be looking at 1/2 kills with no chase points and a garenteed depip at red ranks. Whilst the others teabag and flashlight click at the exit gate. I would assume they’d also depip at red ranks since they’d have not many points either and that would be an issue.

noed is fine you just refuse to cleanse totems with your extra time you get from the killers lost pressure of not having a 4th perk

The main reason survivors don’t like noed is because it “rewards bad plays”. I don’t really care about the perk cause I don’t come across it too often (against high rank killers) however playing in solo que means you may not have the time to do gens, save teammates, get chased by the killer and do the totems. Indoor maps make it hard enough to find the objective let alone totems.
And noed isn’t even exclusive to only bad players or low tier killers since there are good players out there that still use it. What about them? And yes I will admit they are rare but don’t you think a totem system would fix it for both killers and survivors?
Baby killers shouldn’t pip if they’re relying on noed to get them kills that’s just going to screw them over at higher ranks. Ultimately low tier killers should be buffed to mid tier so the wouldn’t need to use it in the first place.

Why is everyone acting as this only effects killer? Solo que is already ######### enough without potatoes dcing cause they’re trash at the game. And let’s not act as if they always have legitimate reason to either.
