    i attached the current log and one of the most recent backups, as the most recent backups say they have larger file sizes.

    it also didn't happen on launch today thankfully, maybe it was server issues that now resolved? i know it was happening nonstop when the dlc came out and the servers were overwhelmed - and then bc it happened again yesterday i reported it bc the servers were acting fine otherwise

    Sounds like a cheater, you were actually flashlightsaved by him. Most of the time you can't do much about that as killer - sometimes it's for some reason directional. So it always and only blinds you if you look in the direction of the cheater but doesn't care about you looking up or down - most of the time it doesn't matter what you do xD

    actually only the first one I believe. Ether you have cut out the clicking on the second one or it was literally remote ds, that's also pretty common xD

    this makes sense, i didn't even know people could apply it remotely .. at least i know exactly who it was that did it, i guess ?? too bad i didn't think to report right after the game

    It's a bit impractical to dedicate a staffer to keeping tabs on a single malicious dbd content creator.

    He's a pretty active twitter user who openly boasts about the fact he's basically able to sidestep any consequences for what he's doing. Fresh accounts don't really cost much of anything and are so readily available you can just do a regular internet search for them.

    Maybe if they hit him with MAC address level bans that would help because that's a ban at the hardware level which is much more difficult to circumvent. Not sure if BHVR has the ability to do that though.

    apparently dbd does do hardware bans, as soon as i looked it up i saw multiple sources detailing how to bypass dbd hardware bans.. interesting

  • i was literally just about to report this. We tried blinding the killer [he had lightborn], spam clicking the hook from every angle, setting a turret on the alien and unhooking while he's reacting to the fire, etc. Nothing worked. This exploit is incredibly easy and works EVERY time, this is incredibly unfair and unplayable.
