  • I played today for the first time in about a month and a half, and while I am usually a killer main I decided to play survivor to relax a little. These were some of the worst games I have ever had and they were all back-to-back with not a single good game in between. I guess I am considered high MMR from the test phases cause every killer was great with top-tier add-ons (all speed killers as we

  • As the title says, dbd should take stranger things leaving as a chance to improve the overall game by adding an add-on/offering/item shop where you can trade your stuff in for bp, and maybe even specific "on-sale" offerings and items. I imagine people would be able to trade-in their offerings and items they do not want for anywhere between 1/5 the price to 1/2 the price depending on what behavi

  • Instead of providing survivors with a difficult skill check make it more like blast mine. "After kicking a gen it will glow yellow (or white) for 30, 45, 60 seconds. When a survivor interacts with the highlighted gen it will automatically explode, regressing the gen an additional 6 percent. Overcharge is active at the start of the match, and can be recharged by securing two hits." I also though

  • I would rather have a system where you just award points for a grab and cancel the animation then automatically get the hit. I have had the hit delayed so I miss and the survivor is able to get more distance, and also it screws you during end game when you try to secure your kill as killer cause survivors can fake the recuse animation and because they get priority on canceling you are forced to h

  • I have been playing Nemesis on Ps4 and while it is bad with tons of frame-drops and lag, it was my choice to play killer so that is fine. I assumed it would be better as survivor but it was actually just as bad. Getting hit by his power literally froze my game for multiple seconds, and there are also huge frame-drops and lag spikes on the survivor side as well, even when not playing against Neme

  • While 300,000 BP is great for a map being temporarily disabled, it does not compensate players for how much this patch messed up the game in other ways, especially for console players. Nemesis and killer in general is largely unplayable on console, at least based on other posts and my own experiences. Lag spikes and huge frame-drops for even the most basic actions (like getting a hit) have large

  • I see a lot of people complaining about MMR and worrying that it will make every game super stressful if it works well. It seems like the solution to this is to have two modes, with one based on MMR, a competitive mode, and one based on something else or that just places whoever is available together, a quickplay mode. This would allow people to either relax and play in a more toned down way or

  • I think it would be cool to be able to run multiple of the same perk. This would benefit perks that are usually underwhelming due to their percentages and would allow them to get much stronger. For example, running 2 copies of botany knowledge would increase heals by 66%. Running two pops would regress a gen by 50%. Perks like sloppy butcher would not change due to having a set effect, and timer

  • I personally love the 110% killers and find that there powers are some of the more unique and interesting to go against, but these also seem to be the killers people often complain about and hate going against. 110% killers naturally have to play the game differently and usually have very oppressive powers, using involving chase, to compensate for that natural weakness. This leads to killers tha

  • Name other killers that even with restrictions are better than the Trickster is currently. A couple that pop into my head: Plague with only vile purge is better. Freddy with no snares is better. And Trapper may even be better with only 2 usable traps.

  • Recently, I have been getting dailys for plague, so I have played her more than I usually do, which is almost never cause I am on console and her power always seems to make contact, even with noises fron survivors, without actually hitting. While playing her, I noticed survivors would get sick and i would try to spread the sickness, but they would immediately go cleanse giving me easier access to

  • Personally, i feel that the best way to fix this issue is making sure all killers have some form of alternative power, like freddy, or general power element, like spirit or legion, based on movement. In my opinion all killers should have at least two elements to their powers to increase skill cap and make gameplay more interesting. So having a good chase power and a smaller power that helps with

  • Totems are one of the most rng dependent elements of this game, which can be fun but is often infuriating. I had a unique idea to mix that up. First: create survivor hex totems; to activate these new powerful survivor perks, survivors would have to destroy a dull or hex totem and rebuild it with their hex, indicated by a blue flame. Killers could kick it over, similar to a pallet to remove it fr

  • I agree it is annoying that the devs are targeting these perks when ds/unbreakable is still around and not even giving it a ptb to test the changes, but this also comes with benefits. Undying is now the ultimate perk to combo with devour hope and i plan to use this combo every game, when i almost never used ruin with undying, cause i love devour hope. You will be able to get value out of it eve

  • In a game such as dead by daylight where there is an assortment of different killers, all with different powers, and perks, so the game will never truly feel balanced, because these killers and perks will never all be able to be exactly equal strength to each other; this is actually a good thing cause I do not think everyone wants every perk to be as strong as DS/Ruin or as weak as Monstrous Shri

  • I would like to preface this by saying I primarily play survivor in at least a duo squad if not more. I believe that a viable way to balance the game so that solo survivors and SWF have a more equal chance of survival, cause let's be real SWF definitely have a communication advantage as well as potentially a skill advantage, is to restrict access to the number of repeat perks SWF can use. This i
