  Like a title, i think that would be fair for all player, i hate when i have to 99% and keep running circle like an idiot just to keep my Sprint Burst. Otherwise, Sprint Burst can't be use when you are injured (or exhausted) so i can use Dead hard. it's mean i can use 2 this perk in one game. If it too strong for Sur, you can change from 3s to 2s. That totally ok. What do you guys think?

• I can't use my key in dying state

  So I am get down. The killer slug me. I still have my pink key. I crawl a long way to the closed hatche and I can't open the hatche. Is that a bug? Or the Developers don't want to open the hatche like that. sorry for my English.
