this year for dbd has been bug after bug nerf after nerf patch after patch and some still existing in the game. this is a joke for killers, when you get a good survivor group gens just go flying and your punished for hooking survivors really, 2.5% per hook is too much maybe 1-1.5% or 2%? but the 5% reduced speed for each gen done isnt really felt especially if gens have been 99'ed or have 50% progress and with the guide getting free gen progress after completing one with survs nearby for the next gen. This rework isnt gonna be good for Skull its more of alot of nerfs to counter 3 gening which i understand but at the cost of how she is to be played and how her power works now.
