  I have always wondered about the Legion. I've understood the reason why the named them that. "We are Legion, for we are many." I don't understand why they made the ability Frenzy for them. Sure its fair in many ways but yet a bit too Fair and average.   If you haven't looked at the first concept I suggest you look at it before reading this concept. The first concepts name is "why not have a new system,as in a new role."   There have been issues where the killer has been camping the sacrificial hooks or chasing one specific survivor in the trial until they have been killed. That could be changed by adding a new system called the opposing-killer system. A whole new role that is based purely on defence and support the survivors for there escape.
