  Currently, Fixated gives you the following permanant effects: Increases your Walking speed by 10/15/20% Allows you to see your own Scratch Marks I am okay with the current speed but I think it would be helpful to see more than just your own Scratch Marks. Make it so you can see your teammates Scratch Marks as well. They will be colored in the opposite of whatever you have your color set to

  I agree with the idea but it's a little too extreme. This would kill like every niche build in the game. This effects low MMR even harder than it does high MMR which it's targeted at. There exists multiple categories of perks for a reason, you are supposed to make a build with them/stack them. I feel this "universal" solution does a lot more harm then good. It would be better to nerf perks indivi
