DBD is the only game I know that rewards you the least by spending more time playing and learning how to play it. There is really no point in being a good player DBD you get nothing. no badges, no ranks unlike all other multiplayer games I know. There are people that do nothing all game and wait until their teammates die so they can get hatch or when the killer kills 2 survivors and there are 5 gems left and the other two hide for the longest so one of them can get hatch. I want to keep this brief; how about you design a perk for Killers to automatically hook survivors without having to pick them up? You start the trial with 4 tokens, spend a token on each new downed survivor to automatically summon the entity to hook the downed survivor. Back in season 2, the competitive play matchmaking took around 30 minute to find a fair game then the developers expanded the matchmaking to include more players down in ranks so people at higher ranks get quick games. And guess what? It backfired and got reverted because it caused a lot of unfair games. DBD is now the same thing, you get horrible randoms inexchange for faster matchmaking. Here is a short story: Back in 2019 when Spirit was not nerfed, her add-ons were extremely busted. I was using Bloody Hair Brooch and Wakizashi Saya these two add-ons made me feel like I’m the best Spirit in the world. I was literally getting 4KS and never lost EVER with these two add-ons. Dear Devs, Some Blight add-ons gives his power massive advantage with no downside at all. The blight has barely any cooldown after a missed Rush Attack. So if you successfully dodged his Rush Attack you have tiny bit of time to make it to a pallet or window. The Spirit is heavily reliant on her power because her base movement speed is too slow! The Spirit cannot mind game pallets with a 4.4m/s. So instead make her power recharge quicker. 15 seconds is way too much since survivors can pre drop a pallet and you have no choice but to stop Phasing and break the pallet and then wait another 15 seconds to use her power again. Her power is useless. She is not invincible while phasing because survivors know exactly where she is and can just camp pallets. You don’t have much time with your Phase because it only last 5 seconds and TAKES 15 SECONDS TO RECHARGE! Please remove the directional Phase sound it makes her power useless!!! Do you think DBD should implement match review? I want to be able to see the match from both the killer and the survivor perspective. This is a very good way to spot hackers.
