  does it only work if I'm healed a little already? or do can it work even if i haven't been healed at all? if not, this perk is pretty bad

  I'm playing Mikaela Reid with kindred, hope, and resilience with a medkit and an annotated blueprint. Even though I finished a gen by myself (the whole duration) my progress bar hasn't updated. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Screenshot_10.png

• What are the best ways to pip up?

  I don't care about rank, but I need the survivor rank 1 achievement. I'm at rank 3 but I keep getting bad games. Even when I do pretty good and escape I don't pip up. What perks or strategies are the best for pips? Also is it possible to pip up even if you die?
