  I think this picture explains it very well, but to get it clear; Why doesn't Autodidact work on Self-Care, 'cuz with Self-Care I am obviously healing a Survivor (myself) so I consider this should work together (even if auto-didact get's nerfed like; "It's only a 10% increase for selfhealing") Or you could simply rewrite the perk so it says "other"
