I think this picture explains it very well, but to get it clear;


Why doesn't Autodidact work on Self-Care, 'cuz with Self-Care I am obviously healing a Survivor (myself) so I consider this should work together (even if auto-didact get's nerfed like; "It's only a 10% increase for selfhealing")

Or you could simply rewrite the perk so it says "other" survivors like in "Dying Light".


Tl;Dr: Autodidact isn't clear enough and I AM a survivor by definition.

    because it says "survivor" and not "yourself", just look at self-care, it says heal "yourself".

    most perks that work on EVERY survivor say "x on survivor (including yourself)"
