This game as RNG. The Killer got insanely lucky. It happens.

To claim the game is not 'properly programmed' because you lost to RNG - in an RNG-heavy game - is not a real argument for changing it.

It's not an error of design just because it worked against you. And I imagine, if every Survivor had gotten every trap OFF at the same box; you would not be saying 'Oh, that was so unfair for the Killer!'

I never claimed it to be "Unfair" it was ok, the mechanic worked against us in a VERY unlucky way, to be honest a way that should be IMPOSSIBLE it's also ######### for the killer side... And it's really not that hard to code... I am fine with RNG, no point in that but where I come from we call this "Deadlock" It's the same as f.e. taking 4 survivor oaks and ruin a whole corner of the map by letting one person die in that corner, getting hooked. The hooks will be THAT FAR away from each other so the killer can't hang another surv if he dies in that corner. But that's not RNG, that's math. And players can take action to it. I don't know how much knowledge YOU have in programming and gamedesign but that's simply sloppy programmed ๐Ÿ˜‚

And I don't want it to be "changed" I want it to be "adjusted"

If the skill is equal on both sides, there'll always be a chance to escape/kill all 4 survivors but with this "RNG" (what simply isn't cuz you could write in the code that this is one special case of "not possible to happen" f.e. by saying: "Yeah 3 traps can go on one box but never, ever in any case all 4" considering the pig also has traps up her sleeve she can put on you after you got it off.

I admit. This was, in fact, bad luck. It was one case out of a million, that shouldn't occur ever and probably will never again, but just in case to prevent it... one could write this little line in the code. No effort.

Umm..That is not error of design because:

    1. How often will everyone need the same box?
    2. The Killer cannot see which boxes are the solutions to her traps.

Either you're blowing this out of proportion to nerf Pig, or the Killer was hacking. Because what are the odds of every trap being the same box? And how would the Killer have known?

What are the odds? Even that these odds EXIST is an error of Design. I admit, it will forever stay a small chance, and I don't want the pig to be nerfed, just adjusted in a way that this is impossible to happen.

The killer even stated in the lobby after the game; "I expected one of you to die, but not all of you!"

Still... this shouldn't happen in a properly programmed game

  • So I am no survivor?
