Hi folks. I’ve recently taken a new job that requires me to be away from home for decent periods of time. I didn’t want to drag a PS5 with me so I’ve bought a new one (yes I know that’s ridiculous). So I now have a PS5 at my home and one at my accommodation while I’m working away. My last three matches (all solo queue): Face camped at five gens. Dead. body blocked at the exit gate by teammates, downed, teabagged by said teammates who then sent me post-game abuse. Dead. Slugged / tea bagged by a Ghostface who closed hatch in my face I get that all games have trolls and I get that three experiences like that back to back is quite rare, but good grief. So I have nearly 900 hours in DBD and this morning was the first time I’ve ever noticed the jump scare on Midwich. I think it was a body falling out of a locker. Actually got me! And it got me thinking… As we play more, inevitably, the killers become less scary. So could the game not benefit from more of these jump scares built into the maps themselves? I’ve noticed since the rank reset on the 13th that I’m being matched with people waaaaay above my ability level. Lots of P100s and bully squads. Not fun really. Fleet of Foot isn’t correctly (or at all) awarding progress on PS5. I’ve found a workaround of closing the game after each match because it awards progress in the first game of the session, but after this it doesn’t work and the game needs to be closed to rectify. This is different to the Power Moves issue, because while Power Moves doesn’t show progress toward the achievement it is actually cou0 comments 111 views last activity

PS5 - Weird red section on floor of map Summary So I think this was probably caused by the Zarina and the Renato cheating (feel free to deal with that too!) but I noticed a big red rectangle on the map today (screenshot below). I took a picture to report it as a bug but later in the game I also realised that the Zarina and Renato were hiding inside the map, in boulders and trees and things (I'v0 comments 81 views last activity

Today has been especially bleak in solo queue so it would be great to find some friends to play with. I don’t take the game overly seriously but I am naturally competitive. Hi all. Do add-ons like Abdominal Dressing which increase healing speed apply only to the medkit? Or does it provide a speed boost to non-medkit healing too? How do people feel the balance is with pallets at the moment? I play survivor and killer pretty evenly so I’m not really biased to one side, but lately my killer games just aren’t fun. Survivors seem to pre-drop every pallet on earth and there’s often multiple gens done for a couple of chases 😂 Yes skill is a factor and I’m sure thousands of killers better than me would fair better, but for the a2 comments 21 views last activity

Each character has an information button in-game where there’s some (usually brief) lore, and the game’s website has some detailed character lores but doesn’t seem to have one for every character. Evening all, I disconnected from a game for the first time today. I feel like a bad human. I played a match this morning as survivor where the killer did really well. I was the only survivor left with three gens still to be done. I searched for the hatch, found it, but the killer was stood on it. And they were perfectly placed where I couldn’t interact with it. Hi all. This is probably two questions, one on the mechanics and then one on strategy. It’s also a bit wordy so apologies! Let’s say I want to play most of my killer games as The Cenobite, using somebody else every now and then, but I want to equip a Trapper perk at tier three.
