Have been playing a few killer matches today, Clown, doctor, wraith, you name it. This has happened in all of them so I know it's not killer specific. I'll go and down someone, pick them up yada yada, but when I got to hook them and press R1 it does a funky glitch where it makes your character start the animation for hooking them but doesn't and cancels it. I was playing a match as the doctor, on the Myers map, no biggie. Well I don't carry ruin any more because it is literal trash now. I got into my first chase pretty quickly and downed the person, but when I went to go hook them, three gens went off all st the same time. Now ######### is that bs. As much as I love this game, I'm giving up. Without ruin the game is done under five minutes. With ruin, it gets taken out within ten minutes (sometimes your lucky that it never gets found, but gen tapping does the work). The rank system is a mess, I'm tired of being a green rank killer that get put against red ranks who loop like crazy, t-bag because they could 360 you. There has been a horrible streak of bad players these last couple of weeks for me. I literally cannot get one good match, no matter what rank I am. Now, before the update (Yui and Oni) the rank system was okay. Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst. But after the update, it's gotten horrible. This hasn't happened once to me, this has HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES IN A ROW. And before you say "That's bhvr for you" I know. Ranks have always sucked, but it never used to be this bad on PS4 for me. PlayStation is notorious for pulling off this bull crap. I was just in a killer match where I was playing hillbilly, trying to get a Mori done for a daily ritual. And the stupid game disconnected me once I only had two more people left. It told me "NO NETWORK CONNECTION" WHICH is bs. IT LET ME LOG RIGHT BACK INTO THE GAME NO PROBLEM. FIX THIS ISSUE. Don't get me wrong, it's good for a game to get feedback on problems in a game buttt I think it's going to far. Think about it, the devs are trying their best to make sure the game has a steady rate of players by brining in new chapters ect. I just played a match against a ghost face that was fairly high rank (Rank 11 vs My rank 8) and even though I had died, I had maxed out on chase pretty easily, and I had only done two gens- Yet, I still double piped? In my opinion, it does sometimes. But you do get lower ranked killers (Rank 20-13) That are really good players (Killer or Survivor). But you as well do get some higher ranked killers and survivors (Rank 12-1) that also aren't really good. But it could as well be the person they are playing as weather it be killed for survivor.
