  The idea behind this is to help survivors that are unable to go against certain killers due to personal reasons such as having epilepsy against doctor, people feel nauseous hearing plague puking, maybe in the future there might be killers that induce phobias that are too strong letting people be unable to play the game such as arachnophobia (I heard a lot of talk about that with the Resident evil
