• 2nd Hook consequences/Balance

  After a 2nd hook the survivor should be Broken, Hindered, Exhausted with a -5% running penalty and 5% louder. Also some sort of screen effect showing your struggling and messes up. This would balance the game and make sense. After a survivor endures multiple hits and hooks they shouldn't be running around at full health like nothing happened. Ready to loop and T-bag like the don't have a worry.

• Hillbilly needs a stamina meter

  Legion is getting a meter rework, Spirit has a meter, Myers has a tier 3 meter, Nurse has a fatigue, But The Hillbilly can INFINITE SPRINT and can charge the chainsaw attack back to back. granting instant downs He needs a Sprint stamina meter. His running while gen patrolling is crazy to deal with sometimes not to mention his 1 hit downs he can use though out the entire match. BILLY is OP.
