What's the best way to get perks you have unlocked for other characters in bloodweb? I know it's 100% random I know..... But does unlocked perks you don't want and getting them out of the way bring the other perks in? Or ignoring them and hoping the ones you do want help? Obviously this is all from experience. I've played 6 games and 5 games in a row the killer DCed and I'm losing my offering every time... I know you used to lose your item too but this is ridiculous. I ran a 100% in all categories, won one Chase and he raged quit. I got a whopping 4,000 BP because of him quitting and lost that ######### offering. I leveled up the nurse to level 40 to unlock a nurses calling. However I did this using the least BP possible and did not rank up the perk so it's still level one. My question is, do I have to level up the perk with the nurse to make level 3 usable for other characters?
