  Some games I played yesterday resulted in me getting locked from match-making due to bad internet that would dc me. Today I was careful enough to sit tight watch some stuff and see how my connection would be (stable or not), after some time passed I decided to get in a game since I had a good connection. • How long for BHVR to answer to a ticket

  As the title says I had created a ticket about some characters being locked after purchasing them, the ticket I'm talking about was sent on the 20th of November. My question is does BHVR take this long to answer to tickets or not?
