How long for BHVR to answer to a ticket
As the title says I had created a ticket about some characters being locked after purchasing them, the ticket I'm talking about was sent on the 20th of November. My question is does BHVR take this long to answer to tickets or not?

From what I've heard they are...not quick.
I'm sorry but right now there's an outstanding amount of Support tickets so Support is taking longer than normal to address these I'm afraid. It might take a few weeks to fully get the issue resolved.

When I lost my progress it took them about a week to respond, so hang tight buddy :)
