Im a person that plays on both sides, though usually i play a bit more Survivor than Killer. During this Event however, i have only been able to play as a Survivor for the entire Event, because each time i tried to spark up a Killer match: The waiting times were over 15 Minutes for a Single Match. Back in 2024. There has been a Community Contest to get new Fanart made Cosmetics into DBD. One of these Winners turned out to be a more "Casual" but cool looking Cosmetic for Jake alongside many more. However, with the arrival of this cosmetic in the rift today. In about 3 Days, the Anniversary Event will come to an end. Although a very sad thing for those who still hoped to make some Bloodpoints and gather some Cobblers, this doesn't have to be the end. The Stranger Things Chapter was the Key Attracter to me and was what got me into DBD back in 2020. Through the Knight's Lore we get to know that he experiended an Extreme amount of Violence with his Village literally being attacked and Massacred, with him surviving the Attack and feeling an un-desribable feeling known as "being in Awe." I personaly mained this Killer for most of my Time playing Dead by Daylight but then switched over to the Xenomorph simply because i wasn't a big Fan of Amanda's current State. Recently, as a Killer and Survivor, i have faced a certain problem within the game. Each time i try to play DBD, i sometimes get thrown out of the Match, including the other players with the Error Message being: "Dedicated Server - Not Responding". Laurie, Ada, Rebecca, Quentin, Nemesis, Freddy, all of these Characters seem to have one thing in common. None of them have more than 1 or 2 Cosmetics or they dont have any cosmetics at all. Now, this isn't really Behaviours fault. It's the License holders one as they get to choose what gets authenticated and what not. Laurie Strode was the First Survivor i have ever played in Dead by Daylight and funnily enough with my 3rd Match of DBD ever, i encountered my first Micheal player. I liked "Project: W" because my All-Time favorite Character from RE, Ada Wong, was added into DBD. It has been one of my happiest moments Playing Dead by Daylight and being able to play as her just is so cool to me even today. In my opinion: The Pig and Trapper need utter Buffs or Reworks to make push them back into the meta and make them fearable Killers. Would also be great to get a inspired "Hello Zepp" Chase theme for Piggy. Hopefully not supported with Shredder or Window Cleaner Noises. To the Nerfs: Problably the Skull Merchant. I started playing in 2020 of July. From that moment on, what catched my attention quickly was DBD's Art direction, Style and ambience. It just gave off creepy but also soothing vibes. We just know that it's some Folklorish God or something and that it traps Innocent Victims and Broken People or Psychopaths, in it's realm so that both sides play a game of Hide & Seek. In my last match, i had my first encounter with the Skull Merchant on the "Shattered Square" map. I was really excited to see what she could do, but after 27 Seconds of being chased my game suddendly had a crash. I run Dead by Daylight at a 1920 X 1080 resolution, with Medium graphics and a in-game resolution of 70%. Currently, on Page 2 in the rift challenges, there's an challenge that gives the player the challenge to hit survivors, 3 times, while the perk "Make your choice" is being enabled and to hit the survivor, that suffers the effect under it. Currently there's an in-game charm dedicated to members of the LGBTQ+ community, which you can recive from entering the code "Pride" inside of the store and although this shouldn't have been impacting the game or making it harder for anyone wearing the charm inside of the game, it does. I usually play alone during survivor. However, i run borrowed time and i do indeed Save my teamates from hooks a lot or keep the killer Busy. I also play as killer mostly and usually, some toxic killers i encounter, run No-Ed or camp the survivors on hook with the exposed status on and therefore if an teamate or your friend for example, is hooked. Many people have been complaining for months now and it seems like nothing has really changed and the performance is still far from okay or great, not only that, but also that the graphics are okay, but the auras of Killers and Survivors look incredibely low and unfigurable. After a while not playing Dbd on my Nintendo Switch system, i decided to continue playing on it. I have played As The spirit and this bug occurred on The Hawkins Laboratory map and the Autohaven Wreck map.
