Has anyone started reading the Legion Comics? How are they?
Hey,
so, whilst it unfortunately seems like not many people know, the delayed Legion comics launched today. (At least in the E-Book format to my knowledge.)
It's currently for 5 Bucks or so on Amazon and even offers a "read test", yet here's the problem:
The Read test is 7 pages long and basically only gives away each image we already saw in the teaser. Which makes: "Making a mind up", about what this comic's direction is going to be like, extremely vauge.
So my question is: Has anyone read some part of the comics yet? If so, how are they? Are they more in a serious tone? Do they give us more lore on the Entity and the Legion?
Or is it simply just a goofy little comic based on the Legion with nothing being serious and the Entity being not much of a topic? Simply, like Hooked on you?
I currently have Susie as my owned Killer for the Legion, even though i have never got around to play them, i would still give it a major try, especially if that person in the comics is on a side where i like them and can even identify myself with them to some points.
It's like knowing Nicolas Cages life story and personality and being like: "Yeah, hes a cool guy and my favorite actor and now i can play him in a Horror game where you put people onto meat hooks. 10/10, would get Weskere'd again."
I also saw that new comics are going to be released in shorter span which makes reading the storys, way more fun as you dont have to wait for their release next year or a few months later just to get rid of that "To be Continued..." line.
