  Wraith is currently the least powerful, easiest to loop killer in the game and has been since Freddy's 3.1 rework. These are a couple changes I thought might make him more of a threat :) POWER Instead of having to actively cloak/uncloak he uncloaks after attacking and passively cloaks again over a couple seconds while outside of chase.   The game desperately needs to be balanced around voice comms. It's extremely unfair and on the killer side only leads to frustrating matches where we feel there's nothing we can do. Obviously not every survivor who plays with friends is good at the game... assuming all 4 survivors individually play at a similar skill level as the killer, voice chat is an insurmountable advantage.
