  • Regardless of their actual strength when hunting down the survivor team, which killers do you think most lament becoming violent tools of the Entity, and which ones are just ecstatic to be along for the ride? If you were to rank them based on this scale: Who would you place where? Who most (and least) relishes the prospect of their bloody work? Me?

  • I'd like to try a little brainstorming. What do you think would have to change for all killers to be at 115% movement speed? To be clear, this is a "What if?" scenario, NOT "They should/shouldn't do this". So here's my challenge to you: Pick one of the killers who doesn't normally move at 4.6 m/s (115%) and decide what and how elements of their kit would need to be adjusted to justify raising t

  • For simplicity's sake, "Meme Add-on" = Common Add-ons that intentionally reduce a killer's power in some way but give bonus BP (ie, Speed Limiter). They can also provide new/unique benefits so long as they also take something decently important away. What silly add-on would you give to the 11 killers that don't currently have these (indicated below in bold )? Feel free to make up a new one or m

  • One of the goals with this most recent update was to make it easier for players to find specific perks by standardizing rarities. Some snippets from the 4.3.0 Developer Update to this extent: "Currently, tier 3 perks can either be rare or very rare. This can make it difficult to find the perk you’re looking for since the perk list is sorted not just alphabetically, but also divided across two d

  • Out of all the Universal Perks immediately available (that don't need to be unlocked from specific characters), which would you choose to use and on whom? You may also use a character's unique teachables specifically on that character (such as Ruin on Hag or Diversion Pebble on Adam) in tandem with these perks if you'd like. Just as a refresher, here are all the Universal Perks available

  • As the title stated, which killer brings you the greatest satisfaction to play and which killer do you find most exciting to play against as survivor? Any reason is valid, so long as the killer brought you entertainment value. --- My personal pick is probably Huntress for both, though I think Myers and Nurse also have powers that are quite fun to work around. But I'm curious to hear who else

  • Something different I wanted to try. I know plenty of perk discussions have already occurred and still happen periodically, but I wanted to mix it up and go by personal perk sets instead of targeting the same dozen controversial perks. Let's discuss the current state of these perks and whether they should be buffed, nerfed, reworked entirely, or left alone (generally based on Perk Tier III). And

  • As in: Favorite add-ons to use and Least-Favorite add-ons to have used against you. Anything goes, from killer powers to survivor items. All add-ons are fair game. You can list one for both categories too if you love to use it but hate to play against it. If a particular add-on is part of a group of add-ons that do the same thing at different levels, feel free to list it individually or as a "s

  • I'm sure we all know which charms I'm talking about (I've included a table of the primary examples from the first 3 Tomes below, just in case). These charms very much give off the appearance of being "Rift Filler". Worse still, they are filler for the PREMIUM Rift. I sincerely doubt these charms are desirable for the vast majority of the DbD community. They are unappealing rewards in the Rift, th

  • I got bored and curious, so here's a chart: Asterisks denote a licensed survivor who will usually have fewer cosmetics than the original characters. This ignores outfits and instead counts all of their pieces individually (Ash's Hand cosmetics are treated as "Heads" here for consistency). Linked Sets count as 1 each (since you can't wear individual pi

  • I've seen several different posts of players asking for some kind of map voting system in matchmaking, whether to bolster the map rotation or improve the chances of dodging a map that someone doesn't want to play on. However, there have also been good arguments about why this wouldn't work effectively (every voting situation would be a 4 to 1 against killer, likely introducing high bias towards s

  • To clarify, I'm asking for more transparency about basic game mechanics to be added into the game itself. I mainly want for the standard times that certain actions take to be included in the game. Actions such as: -Repairing a generator -Cleansing a totem -Healing another survivor -Dropping a pallet -Breaking a pallet / wall -Recovering from a pallet stun -Recovering from a missed attack (

  • While the forced 3rd-person perspective is certainly cinematic, I do miss the different camera angles that were used during moris to differentiate how the animation looked for both the survivor and killer. Ie, Killer saw the mori play out in 1st-person, while survivor saw themselves brutalized in 3rd-person. There's no well-defined point when these truly started to lean into exclusively 3rd-pers

  • Just wanted to share the idea for a potential rank reward that I've been mulling over for a while: It's about adding the ability for players to apply the "Prestige" (bloody) texture to additional cosmetics. My though is that players who are within the red ranks for either (or both) role(s) when a rank reset hits would be rewarded with a 'Bloody Token'. This token could be redeemed on any one no
