  • The only reason that I select Haddonfield as a Survivor is because I'm a Halloween fan. It has nothing to do with the map being easy/ hard for either party involved. Simple as that. Before anyone on either side decides to say anything, there are always counters to the opposition and it's your job to devise a strategy (unless someone is outright cheating aka hacking). Once Boil Over was reworked, a majority of killers not only complained, but they started running Iron Grasp and Agitation. Survivors started countering with things like Power Struggle and again, killers expecting a 4k every match complained about that perk too. Entitlement exists on both sides. As a survivor, you shouldn't expect to escape from every match and as a killer, you shouldn't expect to get a 4k every match. A loss is a loss. Take it and move on. I play 50/50 (both sides) and the biggest problem I've run into is low-key hacking.

  • As a 50/50 (Killer and Survivor) I don't even have problems with CoH. If a survivor is healing in the vicinity, there are perks to pick-up on that with and it's easy to hear unless the survivors are using Bite the Bullet. Exponential is fine just the way it is too. I've been playing for two years and RARELY will a Killer just leave a survivor on the ground unless the other players are trying to buy the downed survivor some time. I match Exponential with Flip-flop (converts recovery to wiggle) and was accused of cheating so many times because players refuse to understand what each perk does and how they can be used to their fullest. It seems that the only people really complaining are the Killers that expect a 4k every match. I don't get a 4k every match and I'm fine with that because at the end of the day... it's just a game. I am not the best Killer or Survivor but I do what I can and I find different ways to approach each match. If I had to pick a perk to be looked at though... I would say BBQ has a lot of issues. I don't actually have an issue with BBQ but I think that a lot of low-key cheaters walk into matches and hide behind that perk when in fact, they just know where everyone is. For example, Shadowstep and Distortion both block the effect of BBQ and somehow there are a few Killers that manage to just pinpoint everyone in less than two minutes.

  • I'm confident that 95% of the killers I faced in the past two days were hacking. In atleast one case I messaged one of them and not only did he admit to hacking/ cheating but he said that he knows Behavior won't do anything about it and that we all need to get used to it.

  • As of today October 21st, 2021, almost every single killer I have encountered for the past two days was hacking/ exploiting sessions. I have never DC'ed this many times and I have never seen others DC this much either. I wanted to be sure that I didn't just have terrible teammates so I wait until the end to look at the attached perks/ add-ons. In all of these experiences, not even one of the killers had any perks or add-ons equipped. They're somehow aura reading everyone on the map and downing everyone in just one hit (matches haven't been more than two minutes and it's getting really frustrating that this hasn't been flagged.) I've faced at least four Legions that never stopped Feral Frenzy and quickly switched over without being stunned. In other cases, I've had multiple Huntress encounters where they will hook one survivor, face-camp, and somehow manage to one-hit everyone from across the map without leaving the hook or reloading hatchets. I even went so far as to message and accuse a killer on a console (which surprised me) and he not only admitted to hacking/ cheating but told me that he knows Behavior isn't going to do anything about it. I'm ready to just stop playing at this point.
