Oh okay so freedom of speech I see no longer exists... maybe just scroll past my comment then if it's not helpful? ... How's that sound? 🤷♀️
Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences.

I usually use up my good items/add ons before prestiging, or offer them to the killer during a match where I'm at the exit gate. However, if my survivor has any special event items (I was in the process of prestiging Feng until the bloodweb glitched and gave me two 3 Year Anniversary confetti bombs) I will not prestige them.

I personally do not enjoy going against Bubba whatsoever (his noises during tantrum), but just by you playing him doesn't make you a bad person :) Have fun!! Just don't be the stereotypical Bubba and facecamp lol

It's not a dick move, it's a playstyle, a REALLY boring one for both sides, but it's their choice on how they want to play.
It's barely a play style when the killer could be applying gen pressure and getting other survivors instead of camping someone while the others do gens.

I've always wanted to see what your success rate is for each character. For instance each of my survivors have a unique perk build that I for the most part I don't share with the other survivors so I'd love to see which survivors I get the most escapes with!!

If only survivors cared about the killer's fun, right?
Killers can have fun without sacrificing survivors

A bunch of people on the DBD reddit were rejoicing that the hook struggle mechanic will go from "button mashing" to yet another skill check system. I expressed honest confusion as to why so many people hated the existing system, since players only need to tap a single button or key at a steady tempo not furiously not "button mash".
I was downvoted into oblivion with unoriginal insults ranging from "were you born an idiot or did it take time to become one" to "nice of you to mock people who have carpal tunnel syndrome" to "maybe you just refuse to accept what people are saying and need to move on". The second comment in the thread also blamed the button mashing "requirement" on new players such as myself.
Now that I think about it I wasn't even blasted for stating an unpopular opinion, I was blasted for expressing legitimate confusion.
I'm really happy about the change because sometimes my internet decides to sacrifice myself for me, and the skill check system will prevent that

Midwich kicks ass.
I don't care if there's no snow harvester to run around three times before dropping a pallet. It's consistently offered some of the most fun games I've ever had as both survivor and killer.
Not just the aesthetics (which are ######### amazing though). That whole vertical component is great and a third floor being a nice change of pace. There are so many crazy hiding spots equally as dangers if you're spotted there for measured risks. The breakable walls are actual interesting in the game by having that crazy side passageway, even if killers never open it up since its more pathways, but they totally should because its a freaking survivor flytrap.
It's also the reason we haven't gotten any new maps since then. Everyone ######### on a masterpiece for doing something different even though it wasn't actually broken.
Come at me bro.
Midwhich is my favorite map in the game, it's beyond fun.

Another is if the killer chases one person the entire match and doesn't get a down.
The emblem system is too reliant on killer survivor interactions.
I've always felt that you should get automatic iridescent if you don't get chased by the killer all game and actually contribute to the game by healing, repairing gens, and doing totems.

Elodie is a whole baddie and she deserves that cosmetic

I don't think that survivors should be able to see the killer name, as if the killer is a Twitch streamer and is currently streaming and has their TTV as their username, it can lead to the survivors stream sniping (I believe that's the term), giving them a horribly unfair advantage of knowing what the killer is doing.
The killers shouldn't see survivor users either for the same reasons.
-
I've always felt the queue penalty should only be put into effect if you actually press the disconnect/leave button

Yeah, lets just bring the most anti counter killer in the game and meta perks and lose a rank anyways because all good nurses do is slug.
Literally just run towards the nurse when she raises her arm to blink....and keep an eye on if she raises it again when she leaves her blink. It doesn't work all the time of course but I had a match yesterday where that was a successful tactic/counter to a decent nurse for a good 2 minutes. Don't abandon your teammates.

Here's my possibly controversial killer tier list based off how fun they are going against:
This particular one I found did not have Trickster, but he would be C tier.
-
- The no stun bug is honestly annoying and I'm still getting hit even though I've smacked down the pallet.
- I don't get camped basically at all anymore, and if I am camped it's more like proxy camping. Tunneling however I have seen a pretty good increase in being tunneled.
- I still win a pretty good amount and I believe I've actually been winning more games, but that's just due to me becoming a better player overall.
- It's a mixed bag definitely when it comes to killers being more rude. Sometimes I'll get a rude killer who will hit you on hook and such but then I'll still occasionally get really nice killers.
- I haven't noticed whether or not anyone is using slugging builds. I have gotten a few who have tried to slug everyone however (the last one clearly forgot how No Mither worked).
- I only ever ran DS on one survivor (Laurie) and now since the nerf I don't play her anymore and I've been decent without it.
But overall my experience since the patch/update has been mostly positive other than a definite increase in tunneling and that annoying pallet bug where you sometimes don't stun the killer and you get hit through the pallet.
-
I see no issue with how you played here tbh speaking as a survivor main. When I play killer I'd do the same thing too (when it comes to downing both injured survivors in close proximity). I've always considered slugging as downing at least 2 or 3 survivors and refusing to pick them up until the others are down.

Censorship is evil. We have a playbook of it happening in history.
First they censor the art
Then they come for the books
Then they come for you.
We aren't living in the world of Fahrenheit 451

I don't play any killers other than Doctor, Wraith, and The Pig, but my favorite killers to go against as a survivor are:
- Pig
- Deathslinger (My personal favorite)
- Huntress
- Demogorgen
- Pyramid Head
- Trapper
- Nurse
I like these because for the most part they're not played as much as the other killers in the game, and "defeating" them or dodging their attacks (Huntress and Deathslinger in particular) feels a lot more rewarding.
My least favorite are:
- Bubba
- Freddy
- Spirit
-
All I've been getting lately are Autohaven, Mac Millan, and Blackwater Swamp

There is not a single point in human history where the good guys were the ones censoring speech.
Censorship is evil.
Censorship is very much valid when it comes to certain things.
-
I for the most part enjoy the map reworks, but I do miss the misty look to some of the maps that have been reworked, such as Autohaven, and I'm going to miss the yellow tint/mist whenever Coldwind gets redone.

Didn't you hear? There are no more events
Is this true?

The only time I will "slug" is like you said when I catch the recently unhooked survivor and will only slug them as to give them another chance. Other than that I don't try to slug everyone at the same time as that is kind of toxic.
-
As a survivor main who also does frequent playing Killer, this isn't gen camping it's simply patrolling the gens, which I see no issue with.
-
I only use WGLF on one survivor (David), but my build for him is:
- WGLF
- Kindred (So I know whether or not someone else is going for the save)
- Fixated (I enjoy the faster walking speed)
- Borrowed Time
-
I personally like the diversity in the characters! I know that diversity in a game like this isn't the most important thing but it's always really nice to see characters I can relate to
