Killers should get a cooldown on their base kit Balanced Landing stagger reduction, in that case. There are no infinite loops in this game and there haven't been for years. Just chase in a straight path and you'll catch them.
-
@ThirdSealOPplzNerf Yes, it should be as powerful as the killer's perk, because it would activate less often than the killer's perk. The killer can use BBQ as many as 11 times per match and survivors would only be able to use WGLF as many as 8 times per match, combined
-
So everyone in here seems to be ignoring the fact that this perk also reveals the survivor using it. Every survivor needs stealth, too, so running Object Of Obsession is going to nearly guarantee that you will die. If you're going to cry about it this much, just run a blindness add-on or perk. Every survivor perk can be destroyed by a killer perk, this one included. Get good and stop complaining.
-
It's great that people are starting to see how OP killers are, but it's probably not going to get any better than this. Even though the majority of survivor players die, killers are still crying over pallet loops like they always have. They just want free kills and they won't stop complaining until every game is a 4K.

No, just no. This would only allow the nurses/billies to get even more free kills for PGTW. You really wouldn't want this in practice. This would also be a horrible AI since players play like idiots. You would need machine learning which would be costly and processing intensive on the host.
No matter how bad the AI is, the other survivors can get more than 20 seconds of combined gen work done in the time it takes to down and hook the stupid AI. This is a case where even something that is really ######### would still be better than nothing at all.
-
That cloak and dagger perk is beyond overpowered, even if it becomes a hex. It needs some kind of weakness.
-
It would be pretty cool to see every type of item have a version in every rarity. Green keys would need to be buffed and iridescent toolboxes might need a condition or a drawback of some sort, but it's a good idea.

If your team didn't repair all the generators, and you didn't find the hatch in time, why should you get a free escape?
The gates being powered when the hatch is closed and everyone is dead is already a privilege.
So because everyone else decided not to repair the generators, the last survivor has to suffer for it? Killers always find the hatch first because they don't have to worry about being seen by the survivor, and they move much faster. It's extremely unfair.
-
Cross-play would still be fair because PS4 supports keyboard and mouse as input devices for this game. That said, there won't be any major differences.
-
What's next? Not allowing survivors to turn their camera in a chase? After all, we look straight forward when we run, so why wouldn't they? It's because that would not only get rid of their ability to mindgame, but also make the game unplayable as a survivor. Gameplay should always take priority over realism.

Something else you want changed, because... why again? Oh yes, because you feel you deserve to win more than that guy in the opposing side... they could remove the hatch altogether, and a door while we’re at it. So you can win more easily.
I think they should just remove both of the exit gates and the hatch. That way, survivors will just run around and die over and over again. Fun, right? :D

So looking at the killer requires skills? Ok
Whoosh
-
The problem with NOED is that it is so overpowered that you have to assume the killer is using it even if he isn't. That means in about half of the games, survivors just wasted 75 seconds of valuable time for absolutely nothing. Then the one time they don't go totem hunting, they get killed by it.
-
Every time survivors make a legitimate complaint about overpowered killers, the response is always "git gud." Real original, guys.
-
It could drop its current benefits and instead just boost vault speeds by 20%, making it a high risk, high reward perk that can be really good if you use it well, but terrible if you don't.

Maybe with new Dedicated Server we could get this feature... But i think you can't always access to those replays. They could have a deadline like 1 week from the match due to too much load in the server(?) idk
Actually, replay files require basically no data at all, meaning the load would be minimal. They are just recordings of the initial RNG, player positions and player data, and inputs from each player. This means each replay would be mere kilobytes big, but it would also mean that an update to the game would render each recording un-replayable because it would desync because of the new features that got added.
-
Oh, no. Someone suggested that the game should be more balanced? FREE ESCAPES!! Let's downvote him and complain that our easy kills will actually take skill now.
-
Why should the game be fair and balanced? Shouldn't the killer just get a free victory every time? They're supposed to be the "strong" player here, so it should be impossible for the other team to win.
-
That would be pretty funny. Whatever happens, Boil Over badly needs some kind of buff, since it is one of the worst survivor perks in the game, right above Wake Up and No Mither.
-
Right now, No Mither is a joke perk that people only use when they want to die. I seriously doubt that anyone has ever gotten up with that perk in a normal rank 1 game.
-
One counter could be to allow Dead Hard to be used while healthy. If necessary, you could add some punishment for using it that way, too. Maybe doubling the duration of the exhausted effect.
-
So it's okay to ruin the game for one survivor, but it's not okay for survivors to do their job simply because you were too lazy to protect the generators?
-
Nice English.

My friends are currently laughing their asses off as I read them your messages. I gave statistics and explained the results. What's not logical about that? Of course I don't have a Steam playtime because I don't have that version of the game. I have about 50 hours of experience in this game, and I was coached in SWF mode by friends who had been playing the game for months before I got the game. They die about equallly as often. Do they not count either? Then nobody who's stats disagree with your opinion will count, I'm guessing.
-
Why is this community so toxic? All I did was give statistics and tell you what the results indicate. Have some dignity and learn to take criticism.
-
My survivor rank is 18. Sorry I misunderstood.
-
I was rank 30. My character was level 50.
