Thrill of the Hunt is pretty much the inferior version of Undying. Undying protects your totems for you while TOTH helps protect your totems but requires you to work for it. And yeah there's value, Undying is there as protection for Ruin so you'll still have Ruin for another 2 minutes or something. If you're bothered by that, you can just run Corrupt (for reliable early game slowdown) and Pop.

Ok yeah, thank you chief. Seriously though if undying got cleansed first, the whole value of undying is lost that is why aura reveals on lit and dull totems was fair but right now DEVS just simply didn't bother to balance it out and just nerfed it to the ground. I mean back in a day when survivors complained about face camping/slugging, DEVS actually listen and added Bill with unbreakable + borrowed time. When killers complained (gen speed, prep time for hag/trapper, etc) they received plague perks. When Mettle of man was brokenly OP they didn't even bother to balance it out and just simply nerfed to the ground, same thing with undying. Those perks are just not viable to run anymore, no wonders why killer/survivor meta is always the same because DEVS are lazy or incompetent balancing stuff.

The aura reveal on lit totems made Thrill of the Hunt a useless perk, or at least made it INCREDIBLY inferior to Undying. Ruin is meant to be a perk for the early-game, it was never meant to be used throughout the entire game. Undying basically made it so that you had to cleanse like 4 Ruins, which was ridiculous.

I think Ruin Undying is still a great combo and still works well.

Did you forget that thrill of the hunt slows down totem cleansing? Which let the normal killer get back to their totem in time. Infinite ruin + undying combo was busted you're correct, however in a current state if undying spawned in the open and got cleansed did the killer get any value? No, at this point killer could just bring another hex perk instead of undying which is why aura reveal on any totem was fine.

Thank god, body blocking is for toxic cheaters who can't take a loss

Lol, no. It's a tactic, there even achievement for body blocking and taking hits while kiler is carrying a survivor.

Noed should just collect 1-4 tokens throughout the match so if you hook a survivor you get a token and you are able to instadown that survivor after the gens are done. This would reward the players that have played well but just had one of those matches where gens have been going fast and also punish players who have played badly.

Lets be honest most survivors only get upset about noed when they have been able to outplay the killer all match just to get hit with noed right at the end. I know if I've gone against a decent killer who's been good in chases and played well but they have been on one of the big maps or haddonfield especially and gens have just gone fast that match I just take it on the chin and accept it.

NOED is just a punisher for survivors that were sitting on gens whole time and didn't do bones, if you can avoid killer hitting you, consider it as - NOED isn't a problem. There's lot of perks that let u counter totems, one of them is detective's hunch, either run it or don't complain about getting NOED-ed.

  • I would suggest do a blackout and not play dbd until they fix the new hud.

  • Bruh, run detective's hunch.

  • When I'm returned to DBD my first match as rank 20 killer was against red rank survivors. Luckily they're all died because they were altruistic so much.

Right now playing purple rank survivors with brown-green teammates and killer. MMR is pretty busted.

  • Literally, Bubba is easier to use than Billy, seriously. No wonder there's a lot of Bubba's than Billy. They nerfed him to the ground. I believe that it's much harder to play Billy than Nurse.
