Yeah, it makes sense though. When I was new to the game I was afraid to go out and search. Guess what happened? I got perks to help me with it. Most of the new people don't have these perks to use as training wheels to go and search for their victims and in their helplessness they camp hoping to get other survivors. In time this will go away and not be commonplace. It will always be a part of the game, but when they have more freedom to locate people I'm sure camping so harshly will stop.
Just not in some situations. Want a kill at the end of game and everyone is alive except for the person on the hook.

There will always be teabagging. Thing is... you get numb to it and eventually realize that they are just trying to get you to do what they want. In all reality why should you chase them if there is someone else that is a much easier catch? I've come across some that tbag and I let them get away. They are good, but at the same time survivors have their limits. They're only as good as their weakest link. Such is a team.
It is pretty stupid to teabag, but after a while of playing killer you will understand it as part of the game. No worries about trying to best him/her. Camp. If you catch him then he is just a tool to catch other survivors that are too altruistic. If not, it's no loss. Remember a win for a killer is different than an escape from a survivor.
I hate the noobs in the game that stare at me as I rot on the hook after being a first catch though. Now that is not necessary, but... in the long run a killer will find out that it isn't to their advantage to camp a hook. At least... not at the beginning of the game.

I don't think that would ever be a perk, but I'm not against any ideas. After all, if no one had ideas and the devs do pay attention it could prove useful. Back to the point... if that was even a possibility then it would likely (IMO) be something built into the game. I really doubt this would be something that would be implemented though.
If slugging is a huge problem (and I don't know if it is) there is likely some other adjustments that could be made. Probably a passive affect for survivors. Maybe tweaking speed of bleed out or a possibility to get up at the chance of bleeding out faster. If you have a chance to get off a hook then maybe something like that would work.

I don't think much has to be done to hex perks. I think simply making it to where you are aware of someone trying to break your hex is enough. I'm not really sure why it's TOTH thing. Making it take longer to break would be nice as well. They are special after all.

Yes, sadly it is the same for me. I almost have the event item for the hillbilly as well. If only they would expand their servers then this would be less of a problem. For now I'm sick of trying to get a game in.

It happens. You can do "lobby dodges" if you feel they are survive with friends. I do that as I know I'm not skilled enough to take any team on at the current point in time. That and I have a big disadvantage since all my characters are underleveled which means most of the add-ons I have are limited.
So, what Spooky said. As MrChills said... you can bring mori's later on which will alleviate the problem big time since you can kill them after 1 hook depending on what mori offering you use.
Last but not least... like mentioned by Manlet you can start growing your skills as a nurse. IMO is a hard one to learn as I'm terrible. I just haven't put the time into it. Hillbilly is a good alternative.
However, I'd just recommend playing the game with a killer you enjoy and lobby dodge swf until there are more viable options.

Agreed. Usually if I get a toxic partner I let him die on the hook. The killer deserves to kill people like that
Bodying a killer really shouldn't be a thing, but I don't think anything can really be done about that. Thing is. I avoid SWF teams due to high toxicity. The particular match I pointed out was more of a... 1/100 matches for me. However, it seems they were SWF with the way they acted. Not saying to take SWF away at all. Just hate the fact that there are survivors that run Meta perks and make themselves up to be a god at the game.Anyway... it would be nice if developers could allow you to throw people onto a blacklist after a match so it is a killers choice if they want to game with them or not. That way if a person can decide if they want to continue playing with toxic players or toxic players have less of a chance to play with killers due to how they act.

Yeah, I don't condone toxic behavior. It is a wonder why some killers disconnect purposely to spite them. One of my last games I got fed up with since all I had were people teabagging me, clicking their flashlights and bodying me the whole time. What has a killer done to deserve that kind of treatment?
Makes me want to have an endless amount of usable mori's so I don't have to get anyone to a hook. In the end it is reportable which seems to do nothing and I'm not sure if I can block them for the heck of it. I play on the PS4. Have a copy on PC though.

The main thing I hate seeing is less variety in the game
You can't really blame people for using sprint burst and self care. Just... it gets kind of dull when they rocket off when you play a killer unable to catch up to them for another 30 seconds lol It was a thought though. -
Didn't even think about Balanced landing. I forgot that was an exhaustion perk.
