These sorts of things take a lot of time and cost a lot of money for very little overall reward. I do agree that it would be nice, but a lot of people don't play with music on anyways for a variety of reasons.

Blood Warden needs to maintain a balance between time for the killer and not so much time that the survivors are essentially trapped. It's not supposed to trap everyone until you can get them all, it's supposed to give you extra time so everyone doesn't just escape. If you're a good killer, you can use that time very effectively.90 seconds is INSANELY long, and for a Nurse or Hillbilly (the main two killers who use Blood Warden) they can easily turn a lost game into a 4k with that time.
At most 70 seconds would be okay, though that's far too odly specific. But a minute and a half is absolute overkill and a completely unnecessary buff. -
I understand why Third Seal is a Hex, since it's a very annoying perk to face against, but I think it could've easily been time based as opposed to just having a maximum amount of survivors affected at a time. But "lol Hag gotta have all Hex perks even if only one of them is any good." Just like how Myers and Laurie have Obession perks and the one perk that isn't (heavily) obession related (DS) is actually useful.

I think Sprinting should make survivors breath more heavily for a few seconds, but Exaustion shouldn't. If anything it would buff Pig's Slow Release Toxin and Huntress' Venomous Concoction addons from "a good pick a lot of the time" to "literally mandatory."

And remove any chance of trying to slow the killer from getting to a hook, dus removing any skill from the survivor's side and force more and more survivors to bring Flashlights every game?
Just drop the survivor if you're being bodyblocked that hard. If you see a survivor running up to a hook to try to stall you just go for a different hook. -
