Now tell me how I'm supposed to play with people

Perhaps I should just unhook myself in front of others too, and wait the whole game in a corner for the hatch

Surely you'll like this as a teammate

How is something that doesnt negatively affect the match as unhooking themself in front of another survivor comparable to hiding all game to get the hatch?

  • In the Chainsaw Massacre game theres various ways of escaping the match each one with its owns objectives and counters but if something like this were implemented in Dead by daylight would mean changing the core base of the game and if by any chance they ######### it (wich is very likely) could mean ruining the game for atleast 3+ months until they decide to change it back as it was before.

That would mean that all the time they took by conceptualizing and implementing it gets completely thrown into the trash.

  • Real.

2 weeks ago bots were actually trying to loop but now they like get the wrong focus of what the should be doing

for some reason the bots I've been getting focus more on the killer objectives such as Xenomorph's turrets, Weskers' healing cans and Singularity's EMP's instead of gens and hooks.

    Idk

  • I think they should completely rework the perk but still maintaining the idea of the survivors having the ability to fight directly the killer somewhat like what they can do against Xenomorph with turrets or like twins with kicking victor.

Something that gives the idea that survivors arent just pieces of meat getting hunted but capable of opposing to the killer.

I never DC or kill myself on the hook. However, i can understand why they do it. Dead by Daylight became often times very frustrating for survivors, especially for solo players.

Instead of using all the available braincells on how to deny survivors the surrender option, why not puting the energy into making the game fun for survivors again? Mass suiciding survivors may be a strong indicator that the game is not fun for them anymore?

People will always find reasons to not want to play the game anymore and they'll dc or seek getting hooked

No matter how fun or interesting this game gets if someone gets found in the first 20 seconds of a match and get downed by a good billy/nurse/blight or any character its very likely they will dc by how frustrating they felt in that situation (thats just an example not the main focus of my point)

Altought as you pointed earlier they should put a surrender option for both survivors and killers. Identity V witch is a game often refered as a Dead by daylight knock-off has a surrender vote option after 90 seconds since the beginig of the match

Even tho this wouldn't solve every problem in the game is definetly a step in the right direction :).
