  • If they aren't then let's make an infinite, non counterable hex totems too...it's just not fair that a survivor can activate two perks very strong (or more in the future) at the same time they destroy a perk of the killer and the killer cant do anything bout it cause guess what, if you take the time to deactivate it the surv can just put it again XD so the boon totems put the killer in the situation that he can't do anything bout it and he can't even bring the only one perk which can actually do something against gen rush in the process... If you can't see how problematic the boon totems in good survivors plus is a surv sided game rather you don't play killer at high level, you don't play killer at all or u are just in mediocre mmr in both sides like the 80% of the players and the basically the base of every change the game has

  • It doesn't really matter, bhrv already say they want 2k per game for the killer in all mmr level, the only you will get by doing this is get your self frustrated because everyone wants to win and survivors with big egos who thinks they are so good at the game exploiting the unbalance and tbaging at the doors

Tbh anything i hear of gen rushing i completely disregard until they fix hooks (aka stop camping killers) before you say anything gen rushing is a strategy and ive heard so many times that camping shouldnt be nurfed because that is also apparently a strategy so my reasoning is why should a bad strategy be nurfed and called bad when theres an even worse strategy. So if they nurf gen rushing to the ground like all of you are hoping they will then atleast notice how bad camping is and realise that also needs to be nurfed to the ground. And before anyone calls me anything i play survivor and killer equally

I agree, and yes camp is an strategy and rush too, the problem is that i try to play not using those resources and its just exhausting. I think they should do something bout the rush and the camp as well.

@SeducedByASiren You want different survivors on the same gen. That's the most inefficient way for them to complete the objective and the easiest for the killer to pressure. Just pick your chases and don't over-commit to chasing the strong looper on the team while his/her mates go through the objective and you'll do just fine.

You probably feel like you're getting gen rushed, because you don't pick your chases, or because you're being matched against people who are better than you. If it's the latter, then your best bet is to try to get better and learn from your experiences until the devs manage to fix their matchmaking system (it's the reason so many people feel helpless playing killer) .

Oh not all, dont get me wrong, im rank 1 and even with the gen rush i manage to win almost every match and when someone is better than me gets the credit, i just want to put the discussion to see how people think. I know to avoid the people who try to get your attention with flashlights or something like that because i know they could be a problem and the game its strategic and mechanical.

i agree, there is only like 4 maps that are actually good with killer vs like 12 good for survs

But i think a good option to make chases faster is save the best for last

Map balancing. Loops should be mind gameable, with only a couple of safe loops where you have to break the pallet.

The rest is on the killer

Punishment doesn't need to happen. Neither side should be punished for doing their objective (which is why I hate DS because it often punishes killers for doing too well and we know how much DS is hated by the killer role).

The problem isn't completely how fast generators themselves go (though Killers need something in the early game so survivors don't pop 2~3 generators in the first minute). Map size and design right now contributes a huge factor in killers not being able to exert enough pressure on survivors to get the snowball they need to slow the game down.

If map sizes and design were better, and there was something early game, like Scottjund's "trial warm-up" idea or anything of a similar concept, games would more than likely last a lot longer without 2~3 gens popping in the first minute.

i need they need a punish because the main problem is not actually the gen speed, the problem is that the killer only can chase and put pressure on one survu at the time, so as the killer is chasing one person the other 3 can do anything they want on the map including gens.

  • Well leave man lol, we killers had to deal with gen Rush every game in red ranks without the possibility to do something bout it, but we don't leave the game... U know why? It's just the game are, u don't like it? Leave, the game will still have a lot of players with or without you. My recommendation is. If u can't adapt to the game, play another one, there is a lot of games out there but if you gonna stay, play the game period.

Lol this is the truth isn’t it. That only when they dominate with a stress free game do they consider the game to be balanced.

I watched tru3talent’s stream earlier. Now I don’t have anything against the guy but he constantly complains the game is unfair and some things I agree with him on.

So anyway he gets the 4k with 5 gens still standing then he goes on to say “I told you at the start we could do ok because its a smaller, more balanced map”

Now im not going to pretend some maps dont feel too large but again its only when its 4 man 5 gens stress free that people feel the game is fair.

Well u have to see more of tru3 that only one game, very rearly he or anyone wins a game with 5 gens left or 4 or 3 lol. it happens more often that you as a killer loss a game for genrush than u as a killer won the game with 5 gens left...so much more often

So you see no issue with winning 20 games in a row at rank 1? Instead your conclusion is just to nerf the perk that prevents that outcome from being the norm? If DS needs a nerf, then maybe new Doc does as well? 😮

Is not that man, is just that if the perk is so over the other perks it shouldnt stay that way, under de dev opinion was the reason to nerf ruin, why doesnt nerf ds to? if the gends doesnt blow like freaking popcorns every single game, its ok, the ds doesnt affect at all cause the killer have some time to actually play. The problem starts when the perk not only accomplish his function but encourage the main problematic in the game.

  • I think that when the bug happens the surv has to be in madnes tier 2 or 3. basically the bug makes that no matter if the surv hit the skillcheck of the ds it doesnt work
