Everything on the screen is spread out, character icons change was unnecessary, and they look way too "out-of-place", also they're a bit distracting, exhaustion icon outline color is bad, so it's hard to tell when your perk is ready to use again. Also, please, get rid of those small button icons on your item or killer power, because that is some tutorial stuff. Make better and longer tutorial where you teach all that stuff.
Game is from 2016 and it has very few in-game options (compared to game file options). I have an option idea!:
Revert back to old UI
And this has been posted tens of times already:

Thank you.
May I ask if this is your screenshot? Because my in game name is Northern Downpour and seeing it up there feels magical lol

If someone hits stage 2 on their first hook, does the hook counter update since that 12th hook is no longer possible?
Personally, as someone who actively avoids tunneling, I hook counter next to each survivor would have been more helpful. I'm pretty sure, if someone was tunneling, they would know which survivor they needed to hook.
Yes it updates regardless. You'll get a full 12 hooks regardless of what happened, whether it's dc'ing or suiciding on hook.
Which is dogshit consider it mislead your judgement and how you play the game. You see a full 12 hook thinking you're gonna double pip but turns out entity is displeased. lmao!
-
Just played another game and it seems if you safety pip you lose a pip, and if you lose a pip you apparently lose two. Lmao!

Bump because there's no reply, I want to know if it's a glitch or intended design.

They're just trolling, just say ez as well and move on

I do not care what you do with your friends in private.
Abusing latency to gain advantage with third party software is a bannable offence for me...so...
People often admitting openly that they use VPN....the fact more and more players doing that and no actions taken is just hilarious.
When you're playing on high ping the match is only harder for you, not the other way around. As a survivor you would often times take a hit 2 meters away from the window after vaulting it, and as the killer many of your hits won't register. Any advantage is non existent
-
It doesn't bother me whether I'm doing it or I'm in match with others doing it. I'd play safer in loops if I'm on high ping and so do you when you're facing a high ping killer.
Plus most of the time we vpn'ing as a 5 man stack so we could face each other.
-
I full on agree with that, however the queue time is already insane. (I'm in one of the popular cities in North America)
-
It's a social game for me. I hop on dbd when I want a good time with friends (it's relaxing enough for us to have conversations whist still playing the game)
I also like to watch my friends stream the game in discord while I eat. Would make you want to play the game yourself in a minute or two.

I'm amazed by how positive and friendly this community can be, thank you everyone for your tips and have fun on all your killer games!

+1 to both of these. I also started playing perkless for 2 reasons, 1 it almost gives you an excuse for your loss, so you don't feel as frustrated when you do, you were basically expecting to lose. Also it can help improve your game sense being forced to not rely on perks.
That makes sense! But I assume there would be frustrated times like "I would've gotten this if I had x perk" as well? lol
Nonetheless I'll give a try! Thank you :)

Keep your expectations low.
That anxiety feeling you have before queuing for a killer match happens to me too. My advice is play a few warm-up games perkless (not expecting to win) with your favorite killer and see if that puts you in the mood to keep playing to actually win.
That seems like good advice! I even dodge lobbies where survivors have fancy skins (the better they look they more anxious I get LOL)
Pathetic I know, but I'm hoping for a change in mentality. Maybe going perkless as you suggested would help.

Don't base your self worth on how well you play a video game that has luck/RNG play a large factor in the outcome.
But I have so many hours in, guaranteed that I spend more time on this game than most players do. When someone loops me for an entire match they outright outskills me, and it's very hard to not get tilted from that. Video games are for entertainment, but I hardly get any thru losing games. But without losing games I can't get good, I'm stuck in this paradox now.

So what you're saying is that it's easy to rank as killer so you need to go afk to derank to face weaker players?
Yes it's very easy to rank up, but that's definitely not where my skill level should be. If I get a full red rank team I would most likely get destroyed, which I always do.

Thanks a lot guys! I almost did it but I'm glad I asked!

I can see it being bannable but it Also doesn't affect game play so I can see it not being not
That's what I thought but just like GoodBoyKaru said I'm scared it'll automatically trigger an EAC/ VAC ban

Can a dev or a mod give me a certain answer please? ._,

I like this, or to make their status icon (whether healthy or injured) tremble like the obsession entity claws. Your design is great however I'd prefer being able to see their health status and chase status at the same time.
-
It honestly sounds like you should play a different game my dude. Friday the 13th might be a good choice.

True, that ######### was way over the top. Anyway, i would not come here and complain about it when i would be the person who caused the problem in first place, even if they were mean. Dont ruin the game for others this is all what i say, that some take it not that easy should be clear. On top of that he apparently had this problem the whole day but he did not mind going on so my sympathy for him is low in this case.
If anything I had an awful experience that game and not them, the lag gave them quite a few free slips from me and it would've been a 4k not 1k if I wasn't so laggy. Also that was the first game of the day. I knew it was laggy as soon as I entered the game, but they burnt a bps and some purple oak offerings and I thought it'd be unsportsmanlike to just instantly dc.

Grow thicker skin, if you stop responding they will stop, that's the mentality of a bully. I know because I was one. If you react they were continue, so good job on not responding here. Just ignore them and move on. Or just turn end game chat off
You're right, but I just felt utterly helpless against their accusations because there's no way to prove that I just had really ######### internet. And to think that if it weren't for the lag I can easily 4k them yet they're calling me a trash hacker makes me feel extra bad. And this person left a comment on my steam profile too, if I remove it then it'll feel like I really did hack, if I don't then it's definitely not a good look on my profile. Kinda don't know what to do here
-
Yes!! Same!! I just played my first legion game since the update and it was on this map. Absolutely horrible. I literally have to stop and look around for a good two three seconds in frenzy in order to locate anyone.
As you can see I have the iri button addon and I was also facing the survivors btw, but absolutely nothing shows up on my screen.
-
Immediately sacrificed?? No thank you. Maybe give trapper an add-on so when a survivor tries to disarm a bait trap they get trapped instead.
Not sure what the second one means?
