Why have more perks that use totems when the totems are always in obvious places before reworking them I'd rather them have real spawn locations

Play killer, then you'll find out.
I play killer and survivor, next argument 🤔

I've run into many SwF on Xbox and not every single one is a OP monster Gen rusher. Hell, I've had a full SwF so bad, they went down in 2 minutes, and these weren't low ranked either. Killers are only as weak as you make them. People are quick to point the finger to 'Killers are weak', and I'm guilty of it myself in the past. But you just gotta adapt and try a different strategy. People seem to try constantly brute force against survivors, but let's face it, that never works well.
Killers are weak, just because you beat bad players who are using swf doesn't mean anything other than they were just bad, good players using swf dominate most games, being able to communicate mid game is too strong against the killer especially since most killers are just bad

This is unfortunately very accurate.
A lot of the time when I'm playing solo survivor, the killer will lose and immediately accuse us of 'gen-rushing', 'SWF', 'pallet looping' etc.
SWF used to be a big problem in terms of game balance but the game has come a long way since then and killers have a lot more power now. I see it mostly used as an excuse by bad killers nowadays.
I'd like to know what killers have power in this game xD they are all, other than 2 or 3, weak

If the killer closes the hatch you have to be really lucky with exit gate distances to escape 1v1, and that sucks. It's rough, and it's RNG. Can be equally frustrating for the killer if they spawn far away and/or it's a slow killer.
But it's better than the hatch standoffs..
Maybe include a mechanic where the hatch reopens after 60 seconds so the killer has to keep an eye on it and the survivor has another chance of getting away. And make it count as a kill for the killer.
On the other hand, one could argue you don't really deserve an escape if you're left 1v1 with a killer. Survivors are only strong as a team.
Why should it open again? That wouldn't be fair for the killer? Why does everything in the game need to be balance towards the survivor favor? If 3 survivors are dead and the hatch spawned and opens it means survivors failed. They failed their objective which means the game should be harder for killer? That would mean killer would have to close hatch and walk between two doors to find last survivor then hatch opens again after a minute so by the time he gets to it the door is opened nah if killer kills all and finds hatch it's the survivors fault

So what you're telling me people shouldn't play with friends?
Gotcha. Yes, lets punish people for wanting to have fun too.
maybe just read the entire statement instead of just the first sentence, but i understand you only read/see what you want to see :D

SWF shouldn't be in this game anyway, if it was then only in like an unrank type of mode.

Killers are a joke?
After all the crying about SWF the devs came out and told us 4 man SWF has a 49% survival rate. So much for OP.
I don't know what you must be smoking to say "survivors want the game handed to them"

Honestly with Oni's flick even if it wasn't intended it was something that I kinda wish they didn't get rid of? How many killers give us survivors a real challenge anyway? It made him a threat and to me it was fun going against him with it. I wish they didn't remove it. In DBD we should want killers that can legit scare us or give us hard times without needing the best add ons. I'm in the minority on this, but i wish i wasn't. I want to be scared of the killer, that is what would make the game fun. But hell i can drop a pallet and tea bag for days go to infinite loops or gen rush and get away without barely even trying

Both sides complain. And almost all of these complaints are pointless and annoying. It is up to the devs to find the meaningful and thoughtful feedback to tweak the game correctly. It's a hard job to say the least.
I know both sides complain but to me most of the killer players concern is valid as opposed to most survivor players are just "i dont like going against this it needs to be gone to make game easier for me"
