But the map has large spaces that don't break line of sight so Nurse is strong there anyways.

I think it's because either 1. People don't like her look 2. People don't like her perks or 3. Both
I still see Mikaelas and Jonahs and, besides the fact that Jonah looks cool, their perks are nice (especially Mikaela's). This seems odd because why are there no Jeff cosmetics either, he looks cool and his perks are useful. So in conclusion, the devs have a bias towards some survivors, in particular, the original ones and Feng for some reason.

No. DS is fine. In fact, it's the fairest it's ever been, even if it's still BS when a survivor that knows what they're doing abuses the fact they're essentially invincible to waste your time.
If you use your base kit BT to run to an advantageous position, and then stun the killer with DS you can waste a ridiculous amount of time from the killer and win matches just because of that one play.
It doesn't protect you for free without even needing to think about it, which is good. The stun works if you make it work. It doesn't work if you just expect it to save your life without having to think about it at all because you hit a skill check, which is how it should be. The mentality of wanting the game to safeguard you without you having to put in any effort whatsoever, is baffling to me.
But, please, keep on thinking DS is bad. Keep on not using it to waste the killer's time. It will really help killers if you just keep on believing DS does nothing and don't run it.
People who know what they're doing already use OtR and DS offensively because they KNOW it means they're basically immune to being killed.
yes i love when survivors think they're invincible with DS only to be caught 3 seconds after using it, oh and who can forget the fact that it only works ONCE so you don't have to worry about it after! OtR is already 3 perks in one that works twice why waste a slot on DS

I don't understand why it should be usable 3 times.
You forget all the conditions of its activation and deactivation I think
It's only 2 times per game, 3rd hook is death

Yeah because there are so few second chances these days for suvivor... free bt and possibly unb, insta heal not nerfed/hemostatic, DH, but sure why not another chance to be the protagonist and never loose a chase?
Lmao DS doesn't do anything at all, my idea is mostly out of pity since OtR works per hook so why not DS since it's weaker. BT is not second chance unless you count endgame but in that case DS would be disabled. Sure let the survivor equip 3 perks all in case they get tunneled,

It worked fine on PTB so I don't buy that it's a matter of conflict with Wiretap. Blast Mine was a fine perk in a good balance position, arguably a little weak, if anything. This is insanely punishing when a lot of killers never kick gens so it's very hard to get off and even when you do get it, it barely does anything to the killer but waste a few seconds of their time. The chief use of Blast Mine was to get stun challenges.
PLEASE revert this - nobody wanted this.
IDK what they smoked right before launching but apparently blast mine needed a nerf, amazing devwork

It's obviously a coding issue with wiretap. That being said blast mine needs compensatory buffs.
no it's not it's an actual intended change that they implemented, it's in the live patch notes
-
per match you would get 2 uses at best now you get to never use it. I'd like to meet whoever thought of this change and ask them to explain their thought process because it just does not make sense at all

Exaggeration much, overcharge and call of brine takes 2 and half minutes to go from 99% to 0%, I dont think thats possible even if you add in pop goes the weasel for the 20% instant reggression.
Well it certainly does feel like it removes a lot of progress in such short time, not that it's broken but it sucks to see.
-
The generators do feel really long and when killers run perks like Call of Brine and Overcharge, seeing my 70% gen go back to 10% after a few seconds is really demoralizing. Other than that my worse experiences had to do with teammates throwing or killers tunneling (although running OtR helped on the latter)

If I'm not mistaken, the entire point of the name Conspicuous Action is so they wouldn't have to do that.
Seems kinda dumb to nerf new players like this
-
It's still dumb that the skill check requires no effort from the killer but a moderate effort from the survivor. In solo q this becomes really annoying

OTR and DS combo is not that great since DS timer runs out way before OTR , if you get tunneled and run the killer ( usually longer than DS timer in most cases) only OTR will benefit you or it will give you a hit boost that will extend the chase long enough for DS timer to run out every time. (In case you get face camped and killer never leaves the hook then the combo works but in normal circumstances you gonna waste a perk slot equipping both of these).
If you get tunneled chances are you might get to use ds bc otherwise the killer has wasted a lot of time. But yeah it's a ######### perk now it just adds like 5 seconds of chase so run it with OtR or don't run it at all. I played killer and I experienced how laughable DS on it's own is.

How is it overreacting when there has been non stop complaints about certain slow down perks as well as camping and tunneling for a month now? Or when we have very long killer queue times?
If anything, this is an underreaction, they will need to do more if they want to see more stable queue times, which would be great for when the new chapter releases.
It's funny because they didn't adress none of that in this patch and if they did they did it wrong. Thanatophobia is still strong on Legion and Plague but now ######### on everyone else, MoM got cucked, PR + MS wasn't even that big of an issue but sure bring back PR + DMS. And camping and tunneling is still strong, just carry OtR and DS before they kill them as well.

It's really baffling how they go out of their way to nerf an incredibly niche perk, like why? It's like they want Ash's perks to always be underused.
