I have been really liking the survivor perk "Dance with me" its so good at helping you give the killer the slip

I was getting high ping every lobby the other day, i closed the game to restart and noticed i needed a windows update and after doing that everything was fine

What i dont understand is why the aura changes were not on the PTB and just randomly appear on release

I was struggling with this challenge until i put on diversion (aka pebble) perk, it has a 45 second visual timer for it to activate when you are in the killer radius but not in chase, i noticed there were times when i could hear the killer terror radius but diversion timer was not moving, this knowledge helped me get it 1st time using this perk as before i thought i was doing what i was meant to for the challenge because i heard the TR while in fact i was not.

I'm surprised nobody has pointed out that this would instantly become a badge of honour among certain players, if anything they should think about a universal dunce cap cosmetic, i'm sure it would sell like hotcakes.

How do you guys compare "botany" with "we'll make it" ?
I use botany a lot and feel like its only a little bit slower than Wmi however it has other things going for it such as med kit efficiency and no time limit or after unhook condition that makes it way better.

Yes, they weren't green keys.
No way a killer can counter 6 keys, lol.
Well, I had also found 3 medkits with instant heals in another game, but well, those got changed, so y'know.
Killer still rage quit that match. Probably thought I was cheating or something.
Thats incredible given that there can only be 5 chests MAX in any 1 match

@Spannungsstoß I had a few where i didn't like the killer or the killers/survivors were being ######### so dc'ed , totally legit no complaints about that, when i got up to an hour ban had an IRL situation where i had to leave my computer, the last 6 hour ban before this i was playing survivor in a match where the killer was out to farm, i didn't want to dc and tried to get killer to hook me but they wouldn't and the other survs were just dicking about not doing gens, i done 2 gens and didnt want to 3 more so DC'ed, im a little salty about that one.
I agree with DC penalties and have reason not to DC for lame reasons such as not liking the killer but i feel hard done by to be banned for 6 hours for a bugged game

OK hoped i might get a quick answer here (didnt expect, no hard feelings)
I task manger closed the game and now banned for 6 hours again, this feels really unfair to be banned for something that is not my fault.

I'm not really sure, the previous multiplayer i played (World of warships) would record replays of your game and store the last 20 or so played and and delete them if they were not saved by the player.
I have went to the trouble of trying to report this because i have read in multiple forum posts about suspected hacks etc that if you see something suspicious you should report it in game and then make a support ticket which i have tried to do and it has not been straightforward at all, and now it feels like its just been fobbed of and a waste of time and effort.
Perhaps there could be a clearer way to report this to the mysterious ACM's whatever they are

Sincerely thank you for the advice, i appreciate that you are trying to be helpful however are players really expected to record every single game just on the off chance there might be a hacker? I'm a little shocked that this is the only way to report such a thing, i've got nearly 1000 hours in the game and its the first time i have seen something that i think is hacking and it really disappointing to see that this is the way it is handled or rather NOT handled

I am just an ordinary player, i got no reason to record video, i am not a streamer or a youtuber, i would not even know how to to do it. I reported this because i read the forums and recalled reading posts about hacks etc and they always say to make sure you report it in game and follow it up with a support ticket, i never said i was looking for anybody to get banned "just based on my word" I just happened to see something very suspicious in the game and thought i was being helpful in flagging it attention.
I feel like you need need to have a Masters degree in convoluted processes to even begin to report something like this, its just not worth the effort (

Well that was a pointless waste of time, good news if your a hacker i suppose, this is the reply i got, i got no idea what an ACM is, am i seriously expected to video and screenshot every game i play before they will even look at a report?

The ACM's are the ones who need to check this incident. To do this, kindly select the proper form (additional player report information) when submitting a ticket to us. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you would supply us with all the needed information about the reported player. Also, please include all the evidence that you have from the incident such as videos or screenshots. If in case you're unable to attach the video, kindly upload it in a video sharing site then sharing the link to us. We'll then take proper measures in investigating the player.

I dont really mind the whacky skillchecks and being made to scream however the chase music and even the grinding non chase sounds can be unbearable and i have dc'ed and died asap on hook because of this

For me it would be "Alert" as a player who is deaf in 1 ear ( i cannot use headphones to tell directional sound) Alert gives you regular map wide snapshots of where the killer is and what direction they are likely to be coming from, particularly when you get close to end game and the last gens are being hotly contested

Im fairly new to the game (3 months or so) and just started getting into Huntress and even in my noobish hands this add on felt unfair to those who faced it.
How about if iri heads done the deep wound effect like Legion, so those hit would have 20 secs to mend?
