I tried to set them back, but only about 50% of them worked, and now i cant reset those either, the whole naming presets are very bugged -

Surviors are using Azarovs maps to keep the killer hostage, u cant kill them of they jump off all the time, the map is broken, and needs to be kill switched asap

I just tested it my self aswell, and ur right, normal Xenomorph cant nod in crawler mode either.
I know for a fact i have seen nodding in crawler mode b4 on social medias, must have been from PTB then?
