Seems like everytime TBH. But hey ho. Not a thing we can do about it.Runiver said:@JP_Cloud said:
Yeahh but you’re also kind of leaving out that most of the player base of this game has the update that the others are waiting for. Your point would be valid if it affected everyone. We all waited for something, at times.
That's just how they are. You just got unlucky it affected you guys this time. -
Don’t tell me I have to endure version 9 whatever 4 during the BP event. I’m only one dude with limits 😬

It's [BAD WORD] BHVR ? We waited 1 year and a half to get the sound fixed, waited more than 1 year to get scratchmarks midly fixed, waited more than 1 year for the vacuum to go, waited more than 8 months at release to get infinites to halfly-get away, amongst other stuff.
Yet, you guys still act surprised and stuff about "having to wait".
It's just their policy at this point, they're not in a hurry, will never be, no matter how people complain. It has always been the case, and always will. When you ask them, they just say "it's an on-going process", even tho they could tweak their games in a matter of weeks rather than years for obvious reasons, since most fixes only requires a few changes on numbers rather than on the core scripts, and everyone knows that.
On top of that, I'll just add that some devs just said that the game would be very different if they were the ones taking the decisions (especially when it comes to ranking, rewards, competitiveness and such), but the decisions are taken "way above their paycheck".
BHVR is a full marketing company, that is going for the most cost effective situation : low efforts, high rewards. People being "midly happy but still sticking around" is the way marketing works. That's even how most ISP do work. They do not want people to be "truly happy with the service", they want people to be "just happy enough so they don't leave, and they don't have to pay an extra cost".
(Btw, if you ever get a survey from your ISP, always answer you're rather unhappy, or they may slightly restrict your lines over the time for you to be "too happy about your service", it has been happening too much time to count.) -
4 GB is a spec on Sony’s servers. It isn’t an excuse.Global said:It has been days since the curtain call certification for PS4 has been sent out to Sony and has yet to be accepted. Yes, it is acceptable for us all to be mad whether you want new promised content or your pockets are filled with shards we all have our fair share words to say at the devs but it isn't their fault. We want to put the blame on them but it isn't their fault. The devs has sent their certification to sony for the patch and have yet to get an answer not because the update will break PSN but because sony has yet to answer back. Whether the update gets accepted is completely out of BHVR's hands. Sure updates don't take this long for other games because most other games that have gigabytes worth of updates are triple A titles and they of course don't take as long to be accepted because well they are big companys. And why would sony care about a small indie title that takes up more space on servers due to the 4+ gigabyte 2.0.0 patch. So in conclusion it isn't BHVR's fault you aren't going to get compensated for the time you have had with filled shards (you aren't the only ones who want to use the shrine.) So stop blaming BHVR as this situation is completelyout of their control I mean come on this is sony we are talking about...They blocked cross-platform play for Fortnite the bastards.

@Master I’ve seen xbox players complaining about multiple things this patch brought so what do you mean it’s fine on xbox?
I am playing on PC, but one of my friends is on XBOX and he has not reported any gamebreaking stuff and on PC I havent experienced any either
So your sample size is 2 people and that’s enough?
My sample size is the countless people showing videos of horrid FPS with besides and afters. Not to mention they messed up detection time on pallets, so Killers can hit you through it if they swing within 1 second of the drop. 1 second is pretty big
Well FPS is always horrible on console, thats the price you pay for playing on low-performance equipment

Because games like God of War and Paragon (R.I.P) would work on low performance equipment.
hack cough Shut up, that wound is still fresh on them. Their physical well being could be harmed

Exactly. I bet we never find out either. Three weeks is rediculous tho. I’ve never seen a game on three platforms be in different stages at the same time.Jack11803 said:@JP_Cloud said:

RSB said:The procedure in Sony looks differently, than on XBOX, or PC. Sony checks if the updates have bugs, because they do not want to release a buggy updates for their products, they care about the quality. It seems like BHVR had multiple bugs in their updates, and Sony rejected them.
At least I think that it is the reason.
Gotta say that’s a good attempt but many games for several platforms still pass Sony “requirements” being bugged as hell
Yeah. If anyone plays WWE games by 2K understands this and even their god awful patch jobs get accepted.
Which really makes you think, what was wrong with bhvr’s patch.

Surely Sony doesn’t make Devs start the whole process over again for bugs?! That’s complete bull. There must be a quicker route if you have deadlines. I don’t believe it has to start ALL over again. They should be able to fix the bugs then hit their deadline. If they make them do it all over again.. screw Sony.

Yeah, he deffo needs to have something that stops survivors doing stuff while transitioning.

It’ll probably also be different for different timezones. SCEA is faster than SCEE. Two weeks in England i suspect from when PC got it.
