Let’s not stop there. Legendary skins should get:
- Their name showing
- Unique voice
- New Portrait
- Lore/biography page
This shouldn’t be hard to implement and would make the skin worthy of the $15 price tag.
At that point, it's just a whole new Survivor. I would be satisfied with just something that's a little more worth $15 that makes it unique, like a name change.

Nah... plague is even worse for the adept.
If you agree, vote up so BHVR is more likely to look at it and make the change.

Getting an Adept for an instadown Killer in high ranks is hell because you are basically an M1 Killer. Billy and Oni are hit the hardest by this because they cannot use their powers like they should.

Agreed, I have been trying to get adept bubba, games went perfect, all kills and lasted a fair amount and only to find out I get ruthless in all of them. It sucks.

They only added another week because of PAX. Change my mind

Well it's an extension of how killers never die. Survivors can retain their item and add on if they live, but most the time they don't and just die.
Hence why killers can only use an add on once, period. And it's gone after.
I don't think it needs adjusting, even with DCs in the equation. Killers get way, way more blood points per game. So it's not that imbalanced.
With the Survivor Point Buff, they are trying to make it where Survivors get more points anyways, so I think they should add this.

I agree, just not sure how that would be done.
I think it could be done by, when at least 2 Survivors disconnect from the match, then the Killer should keep add-ons, but not the Offering.

How about;
Road ahead close: When in a chase and injured for more than 20s/15s/10s. The next time you vault through a window, you will automatically lock it down for you and the killer. The perk then goes into a cd of 60/50/40.
That doesn't really have to do with the suggestion I posted

so... the way those characters work is that they have to be programmed into the system in order to be recognized. The rectangles are placeholder values that basically are the same as a broken link or a broken image. there's a huge chance that no one at the company can speak korean, chinese, etc. etc. so there's no one to code the language.
assuming that there is someone that knows both how to code and how to read/write those languages - you then have to think that they might not be coding with a system that supports those languages - which would require an entire port of the gaming software to another coding system.
and then you might want to consider what is more cost effective when considering the average player base per server.
it's not as simple as it sounds. there's a reason why translators and programmers are paid roughly $40/hour on average.
It's not about translating everything because they don't have to. All they have to do is Code the Korean Characters because the people that put it in their name translate it. Or they just put nonsense which is not important.
Their Cosmetics are selling like hotcakes as well, so I don't think it would hurt to make a small effort to have equality in the game. I bet the Asian Community kinda feels left out. I mean what were the Devs thinking to only have English Characters coded and they have the game in different languages? For Example, Korean.
That's why it's a no brainer.

I agree.
On the other hand, there are a lot of weebs that put random Japanese characters as their name.
That's not a problem.

Pretty sure the Obsession isn't told where you are either.
Either way the Perk is triggered by generator completion. Why would closing the hatch activate it?
The Obsession does see you.

I agree. Maybe the person could die slower if the killer is right next to the Survivor on the hook?
