Hahaha but he is one of the weakest killera, people camp with him for a reason, maybe this buff would make them camp less bcs they could do well. Clown also needs rework xD

The amount of people I've downed with that chainsaw because of the tantrum time is unbelieveable. As far as the chainsaw swinging after hitting someone...thats not a problem either. Typically you can use that time to break a pallet nearby if you want or even a 2nd survivor. Getting 2 for 1 is rare, but it happens. I agree his addons could use some love, expecially the Chili addons, and he could use abit more speed while revving...although the numbers your suggesting is abit overkill.
I think tanturm is not that lethal, i think bumping into object and getting 5 seconds stun is a lot, bcs he losses movement speed while charging and if he bumps on top of that... Can you explain why do you think its overkill? Just asking.
