More low skilled killers needing more crutches to get a 4K...bravo...well played.
Nice job Clown, Cypress Mori can only kill the last survivor. Well played, bravo, the Circus waits you :D

Rank 1 Killer and Survivor here on ps4. I played 12 matches with the Deathslinger. 10 4k, 2k against solid survivors and 3k on Lerys because the fourth guy escaped with a key. Seem solid to me for now, maybe because i play a lot of Shooter and his power is a blessing for me.
I tried Monitor, Nurse, BBQ, Pop/ Ruin, Surv, Thrilling Tremors, Shadowborn/ Nemesis, Play with your Food, Save the Best for Last, Pop for now, always using Faster Reload Speed and Missing Shoot Recovery Addons at the moment (1 milion of BP+rift+shrine+daily helped a lot for unlocking so many perks :D)
Imho is a good killer however i feel to much his 110% speed while patroling the gens in the early game. It's not op or a top tier killer but for me it's not one of the weakest or the weakest.
Sorry for my english

Everytime a survivor complains about anything they get harassed by killer mains who call them entitled, crybabys or toxic and tell them to git gud instead of just discussing why they disagree with the survivor. Can anyone tell me why? Killers call survivors toxic over everything but insulting someone for there opinion also sounds a bit toxic.
Every time a killers complains about anything they get harassed by survivor mains who call them crybabys, toxic, git gud instead of just discussing ;)
If you really think that the survivors don't complain or insult the killers for an opinion, you should do yourself an examination of conscience, look at yourself in the mirror and repeat yourself "I'm a clown and I should look for a Circus to welcome me"
It is the players who are toxic, not the factions. Unfortunately, there are few intelligent people like you who believe that the problem lies only in one direction and not in both because they do not have the slightest idea of what is happening around them.
Repeat with me "Whoever is toxic will be toxic, survivor or killer." Maybe this way you will stop thinking one way so superficially ;)

Sure. You don't want to spend a single penny and you want to have the same new perks for free and easily as those who spend money or accumulate fragments. 4 perks a week are excellent for those who do not have the opportunity to buy a particular killer or survivor. To pretend to have the same possibilities as those who play regularly or invest money by actively helping the company is simply ridiculous
"Maybe a shrine of secrets with one perk from every character in the game and the same rotation, so in one month you can get every perk that you want."
Nice joke clown, go back to the circus, they really need you
-
So when i get 4k before Noed is activate i'm a monster at this game right? I played a game with only 3 perks all time and rekt survivors, so i'm a champ i guess?
What about Noed activate when you already get 2k and using it for a final push like Adrenaline for secure the escape at the end of the game?
Or what about an End Game Build like Noed, Bloodwarden, Rancor and Remember me? Streamers like Monto and other guys rekt people even before the last gen is done, with a pure End Game Build. So killer can win with it even without using it
Noed Reward bad or trash killer if is the only and main reason for his 1 kill at the end of the game. Imho this specific situation is so dumb and unfair because the killer played like a trash with 0 hooks and can get potentially 1k doing litteraly nothing.
But what about a killer who use it in a specific build playing for winning even before Noed comes to play? They are not trash, they have a specif plan. In exchange of a weaker early game they get a potentially massive end game
But i guess Noed is trash and unfair anyway, all the time, for you right?
Personally i use Noed only if i want to play an End Game Build. I don't like Noed alone but i don't complain as a survivor about it. Only if the killer played so poorly all game with 0, maybe 1 hook? Lol
-
This thread is so dumb. I guess that getting often 2-4k with my Pulcinella Clown at Red Rank without Ruin means...means that killer is so easy to play, of course!
And when i play survivor at red ranks against Billy, a supposed powerhouse by trash and crybabies from this forum, and looping him to death means...yeah sure that survivor is so easy to play, of course! I escaped the trial 15 times in a row with my favourite guy, Ash
Woooooow i'm a genius, this game is so easy. But why many people cry against Doctor or 4 SWF? This game is supposed to be so easy to play both sides, right???

So, the following problems
White-Yellow Rank: Killers generally wipe out survivors as they are novices. The killer is also a novice, but he has all the advantages of the case against other players who do not know how to play equally
Green Rank: I speak of the real ones that belong to this category. The games are more balanced and are probably more pleasant to play. Both factions know how to make better use of their talents or knowledge
Purple-Red Rank: Survivors become the dominant role. Although the killer can be excellent at playing, his advantages are less dominant. This is because it is a race between 1 excellent player against 4 excellent players. This is evident from the fact that when you kill a survivor quickly the killer has the victory in his pocket as it significantly lowers the numerical disadvantage. This is why slugging is so effective, it removes a player from the equation by depriving him of his strongest perks. Very often a survivor ironically becomes more dangerous as soon as he is removed from the hook via DS or DH with which he can significantly lengthen a chase, in a game where the race against time is the fundamental fulcrum. In these ranks the killer suffers and can often win either by playing in an exemplary way, without any error, or by resorting to occasional slugging to lower the pressure on the generators or by meeting survivors who do not belong to this rank in the facts. You can see it immediately from how they play
SWFs completely destroy ranks. 4 SWF Green Ranks who may be ex Red Ranks mercilessly destroy a poor killer who genuinely belongs to that rank
The fact that a killer acts well in the lower ranks does not mean, personally speaking, that he can ALWAYS do well. With the Clown I can get 4 kills, this does not mean that against opponents who are really at my level I would have to work very hard to do the same thing, assuming I succeed in course. The fact that a Clown can kill 4 people regularly in the green ranks does not mean he can kill him in the purple or red ranks.
The truth I believe is that the game is not balanced in the red or purple but green and yellow ranks. I think you understand it from Ruin's nerf. It was done because it was difficult for the lower level survivors to perform the skillchecks. But in the red ranks not only did the people run them without problems but even, knowing by heart the location of the Totems, they destroyed Ruin at the beginning of the game. This created relief in the lower ranks as they were no longer frightened by the skillchecks that penalized them most of the time, but a real paradise for the red ranks that knowing how to optimize the time available to them easily hit the skillchecks that increase the progression of the generator and nobody actively searches for the totem at the start of the game
This is a general opinion, it is not a way to accurately catalog the skill of individual players. I hope I have not bored you, free to have your say and correct myself

I don't understand why killer perks have so many conditions and drawbacks, while meta survivor perks essentially have zero downsides.
"Fear of the Dark"
Putting a Survivor into the dying state when an eclipse is taking place cause all generators within 32/32/32 meter radius to explode and inflict the Oblivious to the survivor who worked nearby for 4/8/12 seconds. Fear of the Dark can only be trigger once every 180 seconds , in the presence of an eclipse and perhaps if the planets are aligned correctly"
Behaviour Style perk in a nutshell

I've always wondered why Legion can't see scratchmarks and blood when the faster and more dangerous Spirit and Oni can do it without problems. Is there a reason Legion has this limitation? Too strong? Lol
It is clear that when you designed this killer you had rather confused ideas. And above all the developers play Legion ?? No, because this bug has existed practically for months and I find it incredible that nobody noticed it

Keeping the game hostage is reportable, so yes send the footage to the devs

I fully agree with the matter. But this is not always the case. At least I managed to get all my team out except one through the trap door. I played normally working on generators and helping my teammates. However, I was threatened with being banned because with two missing generators, Bubba had hung the last survivor on the hook and started camp with the chainsaw. Being unable to do anything, being the survivor already in the second phase, i fled through the trap door. Soon after I got an email telling me that I would be reported and banned because I used the trap door leaving it there. I played normally aiming to complete the generators and to run my teammates either through the trap door or favoring the opening of the exit gates. Having run away with the key in a situation like this does not make me such an egoist to be reported

Another boring thread with boring braindead survivors who cry about Noed. Again and again. Learn to destroy totems and cry less

So lets break this dev update down and understand how this will ultimately buff survivors and nerf killers.
First of all, breakable walls, the devs have stated that these new breakable walls will be on the new map only, and not all the other maps in the game. This means, on average, you have what about 1/25 or so chance to get this new map with these new breakable walls with no offerings burned. The devs have also gone on to say that this is a test, so we don't even know if breakable walls will make it into the game, as they don't want survivors to be too unsafe. This does signal, however, that the devs aren't ignoring all of what killers are saying, just most of it. So this is a very slight buff to killer roughly about 2% of the time and we don't know how many breakable walls there will be in a map.
Item retention. Very obvious survivor buff here, albeit very small. The intended side effect of this update is to encourage survivors to use their rarer items, which are more powerful. Maybe the devs are wanting to balance the less used but more powerful tools of the survivor kit.
Sabotaging. While killers get a buff to their efficiency 2% of the time, survivors get a buff to their efficiency 100% of the time as this will affect all maps.
Toolbox changes. This is debatable, it depends on the exact numbers. If a toolbox gives you, say 20 seconds of repair speed over its life and the new changes make it 15 seconds or even less, we must understand that the original 20 seconds is staggered and the new toolbox changes are going to be very quick. 20 seconds over 2 or 3 gens vs 10 or 15 seconds over one gen. Is this a nerf, a buff, or will it effectively leave toolboxes unchanged in their efficiency, time will tell. This is certainly not a clear nerf to toolboxes. The item retention change is going to encourage survivors to bring better toolboxes as well.
So even if breakable walls make it to all the other maps, survivors are getting huge efficiency buffs and they are also getting buffs to allow them to sabotage hooks quickly enough for the struggling survivor being carried by the killer to wiggle free while also having a greater chance of retaining the stronger, rarer items they bring into trials.

Well thanks for not actually reading my post at all. I said slugging to build pressure was fine. Slugging for the 4k is boring but debatable as to whether it is still needed in an age where the hatch can be closed.
An I wrong for giving my opinion? Why do you think I said it’s debatable? Because I know some people are for it. I didn’t flatout say it should be removed did I?
You say you play both sides but your post doesn’t come off like it. You can tell by how worked up people get over little things.
God windows are boring too 🤐...oh wait I MUST be a killer main now.
@kidmaxx When all 4 are slugged why not start hooking? Why not just end the game for them and move on?
But no I’m the one that needs to grow up....
Your problem is that you are trying to find an excuse to judge it unfair by saying that it is boring to suffer or do it.
Slugging is always a valid and legitimate strategy that is part of the game as are some quite effective loops.
And yes, I play both sides actively differently from you, otherwise you wouldn't constantly complain about the same things. With the Clown just yesterday I played without slugging on Lerys killing all the survivors. I immediately received a message from them saying that the Clown is a boring killer and that I was boring. Whenever you lose, come up with the excuse that it's boring "Nice game but you're boring ;)"
If the situation requires it, I proceed to slugging, if it does not require it, I hang it on the hook. It doesn't exist that I have to be misjudged because I adopt a strategy that can work. As a survivor, I was told that using the flashlight on any occasion was unfair or boring. They called me "toxic looper who can't do anything but that." What do we do, we debate that I can no longer do it because the killer finds it boring and frustrating to find himself huddled by my purple flashlight or that it takes a long time to knock me out? The next time I use the closet, should I feel guilty because I hit the killer with DS and Head On?
Again, play both sides constantly, and only then come to talk about what's right or wrong and maybe stop using the word "boring" not to say directly that it bothers you that a killer can win by knocking down the 4 survivors in quick succession instead of hanging them one by one if he plays his cards well. Knock Out, The Third Seal, Deer Stalker, Sloppy Butcher exist for one or more of a reason as well as Borrowed Time, DS, Unbreakable, exist for other reasons
If I had to choose what's more boring between being slugged or reading the same comments from people who constantly complain about BT, DS, Noed, Adrenaline, Dead Hard, Slugging, Tunneling without proposing something constructive or interesting for the community with new ideas or balancing the old ones, I prefer to be slugged to life
-
I feel sorry for those who use that perk. If anything, untrustworthy people are them most of the time. I'm hanging on the hook and I can see the most beautiful of the shows, a survivor who runs away from the killer and 2 idiots who heal themselves in a corner of the map while I die at my first hook because nobody comes to help me or at least tries to put pressure by completing a generator. No, definitely better to heal in a corner with the Mangled Effect and Thanatophobia right? The funniest thing? It often happens in red and purple ranks

Pretty much this.
There are three kinds of slugging..
- Slugging to build pressure or avoid DS - Fine
- Slugging for the 4k - Boring
- Slugging to let people bleed out - Not ok.
I think most people agree the first option is ok. The second is debatable depending on who you ask. The third should be bannable imo
I get why killers slugged for the 4k before because the hatch was completely survivor sided but with the new EGC being heavily killer sided and killer being able to close the hatch I don’t think it’s needed anymore. Its just really boring. If the killer sees the other survivor as they slug one its ok but when they go on a full 4 minute hunt looking for a blendette in the cornfields I’m really not surprised that so many people disconnected.
This forum would have you believe devs hate killers and love survivors and yet this is still in the game.
You are quite funny. First of all it doesn't matter if you find it boring since you never care what the killer can enjoy. You're right only and only in the third case, for the first two cases are the same pathetic excuses that I received via message when I opted for this strategy
"It wasn't fun, you won because you didn't hang us on the hook D:"
It is a legit strategy whether you like it or not and we are not your babysitters who only have to worry about your enjoyment and never about ours
From a Rank 1 Survivor and Killer, stop playing only one side and play both. Only at that moment would you understand that there are many things that a killer finds boring to have against but who knows why no one cares and indeed the killer is told not to complain because it is part of the game. Really, if you want to talk about balancing the game, you have to try and suffer what both sides feel. As a survivor, I personally hate the mistakes of my teammates more than the killer himself.

Lately, I saw a lot of killers complaining about survivors being overpowered. This is not true! How about all killer crutches? Ebony moris, iridescent head, infinite tier 3, all a free win! How about all the weird hitboxes and dead hard that often bugs? How about the indoor maps? How about the stats that devs showed that told that killers had a 60%-75% kill rate depending on the killer? I meen, yes ruin nerfs maybe have dropped the numbers, but they are still perks like corrupt intervention that allow killers to stop generators early game. Killers have noed, to. So the kill rate must be around 50%. Killer mains, explain to me why survivors are overpowered.
On a side note, I am not doing this post to tell that killers are overpowered, I get it, they have a few issues like 4 man swf, all I am trying to do it to convince killers complaining that the game is balanced.
Nice bait buddy. Clown is clearly overpowered, he can slowdown survivor to 15%-20% in a chase! So op, clearly a free win! Poor surviror, don't stand a chance against the overpowered killer. I will personally ask Behaviour to nerf them, so every survivors will be so happy :D

Nice just apply pressure on everyone using Clown and magically you won't get gen rushed.
I'm a rank 1 killer and survivor and i play often Clown against red ranks survivor. Brutal Strenght, Enduring, Play with your Food, Save the Best for Last or Thrilling Tremors, Pop, Save the Best for Last and Sloppy Butcher
I get 4k with mid-high difficulty. So i guess Ruin is not mandatory after all...maybe only trash killer always used Ruin because they can't end chase very quickly and they were sooo bad at the game?
If Old Ruin is really mandatory why Killers can get often 4k in red ranks without Ruin after the nerf?
Maybe the problem is and ever will be SWF? Maybe the majority of the killer's community is a bunch of weaklings? Or Red Ranks Survivor are truly average or below average to a good killer and they only capable to wins with a premade team?

No
