  • Played the entire day, not only once. Just a lot of Weskers, two Nurses, two Blights, one Wraith, two Clowns and one Artist.

  • As a Demo/Huntress player, i assure you i hate the perk lol

  • It's one of the more interesting perks in my opinion. It incentivizes chases instead of camping, and rewards the killer if they pressure enough. Even then, you can always find the totem and the killer loses a whole perk.

  • It's one of my favorite perks, but it really isn't that good. It got even worse after the regression cap. I hope the devs make it work with special attacks one day, so more killers will be able to use effectively.

  • Surge - i just wanted it to work with special attacks. I guess it wouldn't be OP with Pop or PainRes as it's competitors, and it would be a good alternative to these two.

Adre isn‘t free you need to get to the endgame, which is a whole different story. You only get Adre in 40% of your rounds (without counting dcs), that means you waste 60% of your matches for nothing than hoping. Also when it activates you only get value from it half of the time. So there we are you get value from Adre in about 20% of you matches. Now you won‘t get value at all from it!

This perk needs survivors to play well, where the killer gets from value from perks like noed for playing bad.

    What is this math? Lmao

You will get value from it, just not after going to the hook. It's the exact same thing, with a little less speed boost (which, to be fair, i really didn't think that needed to be nerfed).

Also, the way you're arguing, the killer is playing well (hooking) and getting rewarded with a healthy survivor. How is that fair?

    As a general code? No.

As a personal code? Yes, I think that would be best.

You should have empathy for the other side and that should reflect in your choices for how to play .

    This, right here.

No need to slug/tunnel at 5 gens. Losing gens, need some pressure? Okay, it's part of the game.

Say GG afterwards, compliment some clutch dead hard/sabo play. Once, i played a very competent team, people who would wait at the basement with Off the record to make a flash save, absolute chads. I got 2 kills, said GG and "great team". They responded with "god demo", "great killer", even though i messed some easy shreds. I remember this match to this day simply for how nice they were when i was nice to them too.

Dead Hard was a much stronger perk.

These changes are just terrible and exactly the kind of nonsense nerfs most of us were afraid of. Adrenaline already does nothing in so many games, now you can make it to the end game and still have it do nothing! Fantastic.

And Adrenaline not working off of hook once again is a nice slap in the face to solo queue more than anything. SWFs won't even blink. "Hey, wait to pop it, I'm going for the save…okay, now."

It's still a free heal and a speed boost. All you have to do is don't get caught while your team finishes the last gen.

    SoloQ is another problem entirely.

  • So, as Nurse, i can potentially have 15s of aura reading on someone, even more with Lethal?

    Uh...

Edit: So apparently it's just 3s. Yeah, this perk is buried.

  • Dead Hard took a much harder nerf and people still use it, i don't think Adrenaline is going anywhere.

  • After the Hillbilly rework, i'm confident this will be good, too.

  • What was that meme again? Bait used to be believable?

    He's Upper B, maybe even A tier.

  • I couldn't care less, really. Generally i laugh when it happens, and a friend of mine likes to say the killer is celebrating.

  • Love her design, even though i don't like playing her too much. I feel she's too clunky, but hitting birds across the map or behind a wall is very satisfying.

  • This is so good, hope they release it soon.

  • I feel Xeno is harder to counter, especially because most run the add-ons that nerf turrets. You also can't "dispel" control stations as you can hallucinations, so it will go from one place to another very fast, and there isn't much you can do about it. Tunnels help finding survivors as well. I feel Xeno is much more complete, even though Unknown UVX is much flashier and landing crazy shots is very rewarding.

  • I like the killer and the idea behind it, but pods are too unreliable. Sometimes i'm in chase, and the pod won't stick to the wall even after two or three attempts. I just think he needs some QoL changes, alongside Dredge.

If the killer is entitled to a free kill just because their power allows them to facecamp? Why is the survivor not instantly killed? Why are they forced to wait out 2 hook stages or kill themselves?

Again, i ask you, what is he supposed to do?

  • The other options aren't that attractive, to say the least. It's hard to justify using Surge, Undone or Ruin when Pop and PainRes are so much better. Also, by nerfing other perks like STBFL or Sloppy, BHVR naturally steer killers toward the better regression perks.

What really makes me sigh in game is when these come with DMS and Grim Embrace. It's the most autopilot build ever, and staring at a blocked gen is just... ugh...

  • What is he supposed to do at this point? This is completely valid.

  • It's still very good on killers like Trapper, Hag, Plague, Legion... to be completely honest, it's good on pretty much any killer, but some gain much more value from the perk.

  • I don't know, i really didn't like the killer that much. I rather play Xeno who is faster and has very good mobility.

As a survivor, i see one Chucky in like 15 games or something. He's not that common, really.

  • I kinda gave up playing survivor, not so much because of sweaty killers, but because my team always suicide on first hook. It's really demoralizing seeing this, your gen is blocked, the killer is coming to pop it... it's like a flowchart, really. When i'm playing with my friends, at least i know they won't do this.

  • I don't care much about most add-ons, but i can't for the life of me play:

    Xeno without Helmet/Star map

Knight without Map of the Realm

    Dredge without Calendar

    Bubba without chilli

Anything else i can work with, but these are non-negotiable, especially Xeno.

  • When i'm playing with my friends, i like going against NOED. It adds a sense of urgency and it's really funny when they start to panic hearing the terror radius louder while they search the totem. One of them always say "are you up for a side quest or we're leaving?".

My mindset is that if we got all the way to the endgame, it was already worth it. It's much better than getting slugged/camped at 5 gens. At least we did good chases and had fun. If we die on the gate, we just laugh.

  • Huntress Lullaby is very dated and needs a rework. So much work for so little and there's the possibility you won't even see the reward.

  • If i'm playing a strong chase killer like Xeno or Artist, i don't mind. But if i'm playing something like Dredge or Wraith, yeah, it sucks.

  • Spread the turrets, don't leave them near generators or control stations. It's very easy to come out of the hole, m1 it and start the chase. If Xeno encounters one during the chase, it must choose between you or the turret, and it will almost always go for the turret (or at least take a very awkward path), giving you some distance.

Try to fake the pallet/window as much as you can. Playing against Xeno is like playing against a faster, short range Huntress. If you're locked in animation, you're dead.
