Killers get more BPs than survivors in their matches, so they already have their "discount". Also killer have by far more useful adds in their bloodweb, while as survivor you basically auto-finish every bloodweb without much of a loss, as there is maybe about a handful of adds you even would want to have.

Probably we do. But they should have just used the same resources to overhaul the Knights Map. Its still the most ugly map that could be.

A perk that completely negates stealth gameplay seems totally fine to me. also the perk states a sruviror "entering" the TR while it also trigger while youre already inside. no possibility to counter it. and it even has another totally bs synergy. ... again the devs just didnt make a single second thought after they threw it into the game. dont know if theyre even playtesting anything with players that know about this game.
-
Playtime doesnt mean anything as most players are just bad even with thousand of hours. also you had several bp boostng events where players probably farmed off their ass, which completely throws off any correlation between prestige and skill. still mmr is just as bas as it alweays was and bhvr never did anything properly to resolve this issue. like with all other issue the game has, ignoring it is devs way to play the game.

infectious works completely different. not comparable at all.

90 percent of the playerbase isnt even smart enough to understand the basics of the game, and to be honest this game is brutally easy to understand. Especially on survivorside you can see how bad most players are: not being able to do a unhook at a safe time, running back and forth to the gen they were sitting with you seconds ago, getting downed at a hooked mate, running away the milisecond TR starts, 3genning the team cause of zero map knowledge and so on. You could add to this list for a whole day. and on killer side you see players not even trying to use their power or trying to learn them and just camping and tunneling with most busted addons, and using four slowdowns. since mmr was introduced it just got way worse in those games as you get stuck on low mmr with those players. they drag you down all day long. nd the funny thing, you get on a daily basis those 5000h s-tier killer mains you shouldnt face with those mates.
meanwhile i am totally into the idea of getting a ranked mode, just to get rid of those 90 percent of baby players in my teams. it makes the game completely feels like a rage game having to lament over your mates basically right off the start, when noone is getting onto a gen in the first minute. and bhvr completely ignores this matter as well.

The game is already competitive. The game should be “fair” by default for those that play the game semi-competitive (which is the majority). Hence the change to core mechanics so everyone gets enough playing time per match with still a decent outcome for both sides depending on how well you’ve played.
People that want to goof around still can. Making the game fairer doesn’t hinder that.
The game isnt competitive at all. all torunaments are based on several made up rules to have a competitive feeling, which isnt even fair in itself too. this game will never be competitive, and it cant ever be balanced around competitive.

bhvr doesnt have any priorization, neither have they any idea on what needs to be done and what not.
-
Its always the same. Survivors get a perk thats used somehow situational, instantly its OP. Killer mains are so simple its already sad.
-
Do we have full moon again or why is it we have to read lots of threads that the game is too hard as killer again after it already was made clear that its not?

Ask yourself how stacking 4 bnp, 4 toolboxes, 4 hyperfocus, 4 prove thyself, etc is a good idea for the game. I don't understand this double standards. Why killers can't stack 3-4 slowdowns while survs can stack lots of gen speed perks?
Thats nothing about double standards if you see your setup mabye once in 1000 games (which shows that this isnt even a good build to go with), but those 4 slowdowns in 9 out of 10 games and it doesnt even matter what killer you play. get some reason into your rants at least.

Its not about buffing killers its about having situations created by design that make the game useless to play as survivor. Like you said, 3 gen. In old times 3genning was a failure of survivors. Now its basically a given on several maps right off the bat. Killers dont need anything but defending their 3 gen. Those games are worthless, and theyre not rare anymore.
Same thing with getting tunneled and/or camped. Nothing you can do about it. If you play soloQ youre dead, and your mates are mostly dumb enough to make it an ez 4k too. And those situation are a given by design and BVHR refuses to do anything about it for -what?- 5 Years?
-
Ask yourself how stacking 3-4 perks on a single objective is a good idea for the game.

So survivors hate camping and tunnelling. OK. Now survivors hate 3genning. How is it killers are supposed to kill?
These are the very best ways for a killer to get 3/4K.
Lets turn the tables. How would killers react if they had no strategy at all and survivors had 4 strategies that just make the game as miserable as possible to be played for killers? "strategy" is just a synonym for bad gamedesign in dbd. its literally a meme.

"Eruption was healthy for the game" ... How could anyone sane come to such a conclusion?

I wonder how M1 killer won their games before gen regression meta?
